I replied with my infamous smile. "Would you say that you're in love?" She asked. I stayed silent for a couple of minutes before shrugging. "I'm not sure. I mean, let's give the anti-love potion a few minutes to take effect. "Okay," Mal respond before her mind finally catches up. "What?" I lets out a laugh. "What? You knew?" "That you spelled me? Yeah," I started "Yeah, I knew." "I'm... I can explain myself," Mal says quickly fearing the worst. "No, look, It's fine. I mean, you had a crush on me. I was with Navaeh.You didn't trust that it could happen on its own. Am I right?" I explained. "Yes. You're so right," Mal says just agreeing with me. "So, then, how long have you known?" "Since our first date. Your spell washed away in the enchanted lake" I answers her. "So then what? You've just been... Faking it since then?" Mal questions me waiting for my reply. I didn't want to hurt her but I know that I have to. " Listen Mal..what you did is totally wrong and you hurt the most important person in my life and I have all the right to be angry but I feel like it's not your fault." " I'm so sorry Ben what can I do..." she started but i cut her off. " Let me finish,I want you to apologize in front of everyone and explain what you did to Navaeh and then I will forgive you." I finished. She looked at me speechless. "Wha..what!! Why to her?!" She responded. " Mal I don't want to argue with you about something that literally normal. You hurt Navaeh so you apologize to her!" I argued back. She just sigh and the rest of the ride was quiet.
