Summer proposes to aadi

Summers POV
I'm so nervous, today's the day I'm proposing to aadi, I hope to god he says yes, he's sleeping right now, I check the draw one last time to make sure it's there and it isint. Aadi wakes up and says " what are you looking for babe", I reply " it's a surprise, your going to have to wait until tonight to find out what it is". He says " okay I'll go" he seems upset, where has the ring gone, I look in the draw again and it had fallen out of the box. I hear a knock on the door, i say " come in" amy comes in and says"aadis pretty upset,me jacob and asha are heading out for breakfast ". I get changed and as today's a half day I decided to propose to him earlier than planned, we have breakfast which is delicious, as addi is putting the dishes away I get the ring and get down on one knee. He turns around and is in shock " addi I'm so sorry if I upset you earlier but I'm hoping this will make up for it, aadi alahan you're the love of my life and I don't want to waste anymore time, so will you marry me".

Aadis POV
I get down to her level and says " it was a yes from the second I saw you", she slides the ring onto my finger and kisses me. Later we're in our last lecture of the day and Jacob whispers " so I've noticed you're wearing a ring, I assume that means you said yes". I look at him and say " Of course I did, I'd be crazy to say no to, the girl of my dreams". We leave the lecture and head back to the apartment tonight we're having a zoom call with pretty much everyone on the street, to catch up and we may or may not be announcing our engagement.  The call starts, and about halfway through Craig says " aadi where did you get that ring", me and summer look at eachother. Summer says " so today I proposed to aadi and luckily he said yes", everyone congratulates us. We chat for about an hour then the call ends, asha gets a few glasses and a bottle of champagne and says "a toast, to Summer and aadi". Later on me and  summer are in our room and i say "babe I'm so sorry about being off with you this morning",  she kisses me and says " babe it's okay you didn't know".
