The meme potential on that face, like all things DIO related, is extremely high.
Basically, this was a male reader story where you'd get isekai'd by Truck-kun. You get offered power by a higher deity, yada, yada, yada. You end up choosing DIO's powers, and basically go on ridiculous (some may even say bizarre) adventure's throughout several franchises, eventually coming to a final showdown with Truck-kun.
This would have been a much more meme heavy and off the rails kind of book, but not one I'm really all that eager to do, tbh.
That's really about it, not much to this one compared to the previous two.
