Chapter 4

Next day :-

"Kahan hai tu?" Riyaz asked.

"College jaa rahi hoon." Y/n said.

"8:30 ho rahe hain bas! Abhi toh college khula bhi nahi hoga. Jhaaru maarne jayegi kya?" Riyaz asked .

"HAAN- NAHI BE VIHAAN KO PROPOSE KARNA HAINA.." She said and hung up the call.

She drove off to the college.

Riyaz's Pov :-

"Yeh ladki ka kuch nahi ho sakta.." I said and sighed.

I got ready and left for college, a bit early to see what she does.

I reached college and saw a huge crowd in the college hallway.

I ran there and tried to go inside the crowd to see what was happening.

I saw Y/n proposing Vihaan.

"Will you go to prom with me..?" Y/n asked him.

"Uhhhh..." Vihaan took some time.

I looked at him and he looked at me.

"No." He said looking at me and walked away.

I smirked.

The crowd started laughing at Y/n.

I saw her getting teary eyed and ran towards her.

"Riyaz..." She said in a crying tone.

I made her stand and took her to the college garden.

"V-Vihaan.." She was sobbing badly.

"Haan maine dekha.." I said and smirked from inside.

"Baat hi nahi karni mujhe..." She said and walked away.

"Sunnnaaa!! Merepe kyun gussa kar rahi hai?" I asked.

"I love him so much and tu mujhe mana bhi nahi raha.." She said.

She went from there. 

"Ab toh kuch karna hi hoga.." Riyaz thought.

"Maan ja na..please!" Riyaz said.

She hugged me tightly. 

I hugged her back and she snuggled more into my chest.

It was night.

"Maine sahi kiya shayad.." Riyaz said to himself.

Flashback to the Previous evening :-

Riyaz went to someone's house.

He knocked on the door and the someone opened the door.

"You?" The person asked.

"Yes Vihaan, it's me!" Riyaz said.

"Sorry bolne aaya hoga tu." Vihaan said with a smirk.

"Nah...tu ne jo ladkiyon ke saath kiya hai, uske liye toh tujhe jail jaani chahiye." Riyaz said.

"Huh! Kya kaam hai?" He asked.

"Kal Y/n propose karegi...tu reject karna usko." Riyaz said.

"Wow!! 1 week ke liye date karlunga..phir chhod dunga." Vihaan said.

Riyaz held his collar.

"I swear agar tu ne woh Y/n ke saath kiya toh tujhe mai nahi chhodunga." Riyaz gritted his teeth.

"Kya hi karlega aur? Fattu jo hai." Vihaan laughed.

"Mai fattu hoon na...yeh dekh. Yeh picture, college ki saari notice boards pe pin kardunga. Tab dekhte hai kaun fattu dikhega.." Riyaz said showing him a picture of him and a girl.

"Uhh...theek hai, kardunga reject." Vihaan said and shut the door on Riyaz's face.

Riyaz smirked.

Flashback ends.

"Sorry Y/n...but mai tujhe kabhi sad nahi dekh sakta." Riyaz said.

A message popped on his phone.

The message - "Mere ghar ke saamne wali playground mein mil." 

It was from Y/n. 

"Nahi pata aaj kis cheez ka bhoot chadh gaya iss ladki ko." Riyaz said.

He went downstairs.

"Beta...khaana khaale." His mom said to him.

"Baad mein khalunga...accha waise Bhai kahan hai?" He asked.

"Apne room mein." She said.

He went to his bhaiya's room.

"Bhai...aapki bike ki keys do na." He said. 

"Abhi raat ko kahan jaayega?" His brother asked.

"Kaam hai..do na." Riyaz said. 

His brother gave him the keys and Riyaz ran downstairs.

He reached the playground and saw Y/n coming there.

She ran to him and hugged him.

"Aaj kis cheez ke nashe karliye tu ne?" Riyaz asked.

"Ladkon ke." She said.

She started crying.

Both of them got on the slide and sat there.

"Koi mujhe like hi nahi karta yaar!" She said while crying.

"Mai karta hoon na." Riyaz said.

"Kya bak raha hai be?" Y/n widened her eyes.

"Best friend jaisa." He explained.

"Woh bol na." She said.

"Aaj tak ek bhi ladke ne mujhe propose nahi kiya yaar...sab ladke Lavanya ko hi pasand karte hai." She made a sad pout.

"Maybe...ek hi baar mein koi special karde apna love confess?" He smiled.

"Nahi karega.." She rolled her eyes.

"Dekh... mujhe agar koi na mile future mein, toh mai terese hi shaadi karunga." He said.

"Aur agar mil jaayein koi?" She asked.

"Toh...tu aunty banne ke liye taiyaar hojaana." He said and laughed.

"Nikal! Terese toh koi bandariya hi shaadi karegi...mereko pata hai." She laughed.

"Arushi hogi woh bandariya.." He looked at the sky and blushed.

"Oye...tu nahi karega usko propose." She said. 

"Kyun na karoon?" He asked 

"Kyunki Vihaan ne mujhe reject kiya." She said. 

"Haan toh...mera isse kya lena dena hai?" He asked.

"Tu nahi karega propose. Bas!" She crossed her arms and said. 

"Terese shaadi karni padegi phir.." He said. 

"Ja mat karna." She said.

They talked for a long time and went back to their houses.
