"Dude wake up"
I woke up in sweat. Was it always this hot in here? Turns out, Firey was above me.
"Five more minutes.." I complained.
"Nope cmon!" He jumped off the bed and grabbed my hand.
OW?! His hand fucking burns! I can't tell him that, he'll be sad right? Instead I grunt in pain. Why does he always have to make me do stuff? I just wanted 5 more minutes of sleep, with no bother. Maybe this is what I get for staying up.
Firey takes me downstairs. He takes a step into the living room. On the couch, Ruby, Flower, and Leafy were chatting as usual. They chatted until I stepped in. They zipped their mouths close. I noticed their expression, confusion and panic. Ruby looked down to their feet, trying to hide the fact that they are frowning. Sweat was visible on Flower's face. Leafy hung her mouth, searching of a conversation to apply to make things better. At least thats what I thinked of.
"What's going on here?" Firey questioned.
They stayed quiet until Ruby got out of their silent state.
"We don't know where Woody is! I mean I- I don't know he said he'll be back-"
"Woah slow down Ruby, what happen? Where is Woody?" Firey said dumbfounded.
They just said they don't know, stupid. Ruby took a breath, recollecting thoughts.
"Woody, Woody had left the note tonight before saying that he would go out for a midnight walk at a later time. He should have been back by now.. I don't want anyone to panic but I hope he isn't.. missing?" Ruby sobbed.
I was sweating just like the rest were. Missing? Out for a midnight walk? Why would Woody go for a walk at the most scariest time of the day?
"Jeez Woody.." I spoke to myself.
"Lets not go so deep, maybe he's just late?" Firey stated.
The three of them looked up calmly. Their faces lighten up a bit, but not enough. Firey looked at me then looked at them.
"How about some TV to chill things down? Eh?" Firey nudged onto the couch next to Ruby.
Ruby stuttered, "Yeah.. I.. guess so."
