Previously...

"Magnificent."

That was the only word that Muzan had said, before turning around and walking away, leaving the girl screaming at him in anger, frustration and irritation and trying to stand up, even throwing her katana at him, but barely missing. He only slightly turned his head to look back, his red eyes reminding her of the fear she had come to forget, before walking away and letting the girl fall under consciousness before hearing the soft crackles of the fire around her be disrupted by yelling and orders being barked out. It was Shinobu, the last thing you heard before utter darkness. "Stay with me y/n, we're getting you all the help you need!"

Darkness, as if the stars in her sky had vanished along with the demon. She only felt the hot tears of her fellow Hashira fall onto her now pale face.

Now...

It was quiet.

Peaceful...

'And warmth surrounded me, but the peace I was so consumed by was soon disrupted by a split of pain shooting through my head, creeping up my spinal cord. With a recognised feeling of pain, I cringed and sat up, noticing I wasn't where I remember to have last been. My head was spinning, and my vision started to consist of static and colourful dots, making me shut my eyes until the auras had gone. '

"AAHHH"

A familiar voice suddenly filled your ears. "Who the hell are you?!" it was Aoi, one of the carers of the Butterfly Mansion. So that is where you were. You weakly fumbled down the passage of the mansion until you were at the scene, which seemed to have quickly escalated since you got out of bed, as now three other men were surrounding a flamboyant hashira, who held onto three little girls, Aoi included, and being grabbed by Kanao, trying to prevent him from walking away with them. Just before the three could attack, Tengen had noticed you. "Y/n, you're okay? Thank goodness!" He said, before you could even comprehend the scene before you. "Yes, yes I am, but what is going on here?" you asked, weakly standing, barely holding onto the doorframe for support. Tengen let go of the three girls and Aoi, rushing over to you, "Y/n, you are not fully well, do not push yourself any further." he said whilst helping you sit down on the crafted wooden floor.

"But if you must know, I am in need of three girls to help find my wives, who have gone missing and I'm extremely worried about them." he said in a whisper, trying to prevent the rest from hearing. "I do not think endangering their lives would be a good way to find them, especially since they greatly lack combat skills, rather let me assist you." you said, looking him in the eyes with a dead serious expression.

"Are you insane? You've barely survived a battle with Kibutsuji himself and now you're already looking for missions? Absolutely not." he said, immediately standing up, refusing to. talk any more.

"Tengen, you know I'm able to heal faster than the average human, please just give me a week to fully recover and revisit my training and I'll be able to help you with ease." you tried, but he wouldn't hear it. "I'm sorry Y/n, but I cannot allow you to further endanger yourself without permission from the Master. So I'll not take it into consideration until I hear it being rendered as acceptable by the Master himself."
