Just A Roommate

Chapter 4

"Alright so there's 3 bedrooms and a loft upstairs and the living room. Who gets the rooms?" I asked. Matt, Carter, Mary and Jane all ran to the rooms.

"Wanna share my bedroom?" Cam asked me. I shrugged. "Sure. Why not right?"

"So technically.... All the couples get the rooms?" Aaron asked.

"We're not dating." Cam and I said. "We're just roommates." Cam said. "And best friends." I said.

"Ooooohhhhh cam just got friend zoneddddd!!!!" Shawn yelled. Cam punched his bicep then walked away to his room. "Ouch." I said.

"Eh. I probably deserve it." Shawn said, rubbing the area where Cam punched him.

"No you didn't." I said.

"I did.... Trust me."

"Alright." I said then I said my goodnights then walked to my room to grab my pajamas. I quickly changed into my oversized sweater and pajama shorts.

I walked over to Cam's room and stood in front of his mirror. "Whatcha doing?" Cam asked.

I grabbed my makeup remover wipe and started to wipe my makeup off. "Taking my makeup off." I said.

"A'ight" he said, flopping onto his bed."

I removed all my makeup then put my hair down. I sat on the edge of his bed and asked, "why'd you punch Shawn after he said that?"

"Because." Cam said.

"Because what?" I said.

"Because he was stupid enough to say it."

"He's not stupid."

"Uh... Yea he is."

"He was a straight A student."

"I mean he's not smart by controlling what he says."

"We're friends though. So why'd it affect you so much?"

"Long story."

"But I'm not tired and we have plenty of time."

"Well I'm tired...." He said. "Goodnight." He said and turned away and fell asleep. I shut the light off. I laid in bed, with my back towards Cam.

*in the middle of the night*

I woke up to an uncomfortable feeling on my back. I'm not sure what it was exactly was so I used my hand and felt. It wasn't a normal feeling so I turned on the lamp on the bedside table. I turned my head to see and it was Cam's abs and his arms were around me. I was too tired to get out of his grip so I just fell back asleep.
