This battle will be waged between the gods, the Æsir, led by Odin, and the fire giants led by Surt, who are also joined by the jotun led by Loki. Not only will gods, giants, and monsters perish in this conflagration, but almost everything in the universe will be destroyed.

Baldor, son of Odin, quickly advanced between the great Asgard mountains, he quickly hid in a cave, after resting a bit, Baldor activated his magical protection, as he had planned, around the cave a protective shield was activated that prevented entry to the place.

The god continued to rest, assessing the situation >> But what is this? << then he got up and looked for a hiding place inside the cave.

Then he heard a voice, chillingly close
-Baldor, Son of Odin, I know you are here.
Baldor was petrified, slowly poked his head and saw, on the other side of the fence, the imposing silhouette of a giant looking at him through the protective shield.

He was Giant and Corpulent, he had red irises, and an almost cadaverous complexion. The giant drew his ax and aimed at the protective shield.

-Your protective shield won't work this time- He seemed to enjoy the moment – ​​Loki has devised a spell to destroy him.

- I'm not afraid of death- Baldor said, with a brave pose- If I have to die today, I will accept it with grace.

The giant hit the protective shield with great force, breaking it with a single blow, Baldor tried to attack quickly, but he did not have enough energy. Then he saw the giant throw his axe, Baldor felt a searing heat when he felt the ax inside his body, he fell to his knees, fighting with his pain.

-My work here is done- the giant said as he left, leaving Baldor dying.

The gods left the room, with fear and doubts, Odin always did everything he could to avoid ragnarok, and today that he is here, he only made them think >> This will be the last Hope?<<
