A new cookie moves into the Cookie Kingdom. After making some new friends and having some fun, the cookies of darkness attack and it's up to a few cookies to crumble the darkness.
I woke up to the sound of our car bumping over something, probably some speedbump. Either way, I didn't appreciate the surprise noise.
"Ugh... Mom?" I asked, very tired. "How much longer?" "Only a few more minutes honey!" She said, way too loudly & energetic. She always was like that.
"Mayo Cookie, you need to work on your patience." My dad scolded. He was... pretty strict with manners. But he's pretty nice nonetheless. "You never know when you'll have to wait an hour to save your life."
"Har Har Dad. But yeah, I probably should."
A few minutes later
"We're heeere~!" My mom called out. We had parked into a driveway, and in front of us was our house. It was made of gingerbread with a checkered pattern on the roof with red and white candies. There was white frosting all around the house walls & rooftop. It was average sized, pretty simple looking. It wasn't as nice as our old house from the outside but I never cared for fancy houses or luxury.
We walked in to see a nice spacious living room with a pre set space for a TV & a couch. Walking forward, we found a nice kitchen, dining room and upstairs, there was a small bedrooom for me, a master bedroom for my parents, a bathroom and an office.
I was pretty tired after the car ride so I wasn't excited to unpack. "Mom, can I go out instead of unpacking?"
"Uh, no. You have to help us out for at least a bit. Here-" She handed me a box. "Just set up your room and then you can go outside okay?"
"Alright." I picked up my box of things and went to the smaller bedroom. I put down the box & looked at what I had put inside. C'mon please please please don't have packed a lot.
"ЈЕБАТИ!"
Of course I had packed a shit ton of stuff. Oh well, best get started.
(A/n: If anyone's wondering what "Јебати" means, it's serbian for "fuck".)
A few minutes later
"MOOOOOM!" I screamed. I had finally finished setting up my room. It was my new year's revolution to be a bit more neat. I know those things are stupid but I can't think of anything else. I had my bed in the corner of my room, a chair in the middle to put some important items of mine and a desk to do my schoolwork.
"Are you done?" "Yup!" "Alright, you can head outside, but be home before late."
"Alright! Bye, love you!" I scream running out the house with my hoodie on. The fresh air felt nice after being stuck in my room doing labour. And so, I ran off into the kingdom. But the more I walked away from my house,
The more dread I felt.
