Chapter 8

Gon just stared blankly at the ground. "Hey kid you, okay?" Asked Aizawa as he entered the room. Gon looked up with pained eyes. "I-I'm fine!" He answered shakily. Aizawa frowned. "Is something wrong? You can tell me..." Gon then looked like he wanted to cry. "I-I don't know... I just hate these weird dream!" Tears started to form from the raven-haired teens eye, recalling the weird memories he has been getting. Aizawa sighed. 'Probably nightmares...' He thought to himself. "Do you mind telling me what their about?" The homeless looking man asked. Gon looked hesitant for a moment. "...They appear in my head...even if it's day or night. I can't see their faces, it's a blur. It just pops up if I walk past something." He mumbled. Aizawa looked confused. "...Is it a memory?" He asked to himself quietly. Gon just stared at the ground. Suddenly the alarm went off. That meant it was time to get ready for school. Aizawa looked worried. "Well, we can talk about this later..." He said as he left the room.

The girl couldn't believe what her brother said. "A month..." She said quietly. She knew how much the raven-haired boy meant to him. She could see the pain, guilt, fear, and sadness piling up in his eyes. "Oni-chan..." He looked up at her. "Oh... yeah?" He asked as he tried to hide his emotions. "You don't need to hide it..." She said sadly. Suddenly tears started to rush down from her brother's eyes. "I-I don't know anymore... he's gone! I never got to tell him..." The white-haired teen said shakily. The young dark-haired girl took a deep breath, "Nanika can help us..." She said softly. Her brother immediately shot up and looked at her in the eyes. "NO! That's too dangerous!" She smiled. "It's fine..." She said. The white-haired male looked at her with a pained look. "Alluka... remember what happened the last time...?" Killua said recalling the last time Nanika did a demand.

As Gon got out of the car, entering the school. He thought of yesterday. All the anxiety, pain, and guilt were because of Todoroki. Aizawa entered the classroom, he then entered a few minutes after. As he entered, he could feel the eyes turn his way. Gon sat down. He saw the eyes of a few certain classmates. He felt like a outcast... like he didn't belong in this world. He looked down trying not to make contact. "Alright problem children. Listen up, were going to be choosing hero names." Announced Aizawa as the hero Midnight walked in. Gon sighed. Then suddenly he heard a voice. "Gon... Ki..ua missed you. We're coming soon..." Said the voice softly as it echoed in his thoughts. His eyes widened. 'What?!' He thought to himself. He was sure he heard the voice. He realized that a few more classmates eyes were on him. 'I have to contain myself..." He thought to himself. He put his poker face on and continued with class. 

When it was Gon's turn to pick, he chose his hero name. It was Hunter. For some reason he liked this name. He didn't know why though. The hero midnight gave him a weird look. "Are you sure you want this to be your hero name kid?" She Asked. Gon nodded. "Okay well you won't be able to change it later." She said with a sigh. Aizawa wrote something down. Which was probably his hero name. As Gon walked to sit down, he passed Todoroki. The thought of yesterday made him grit. Then, Midoriya tapped on Gon's arm. "Hey Gon are you okay?" He asked with a worried expression. Gon gave a fake smile. "Yes! I'm okay, thanks for asking!" Gon looked away so Midoriya wouldn't try to talk to him. 'If only I could remember...' He thought to himself as he stared at the ground.

"NANIKA WANTS TO HELP TOO!" Yelled Alluka in anger. Killua's eyes widened; his sister hasn't yelled at him in a long time. " We want to help bring Gon back!" Alluka's voice lowered. "I want you to be happy again..." Killua looked up at her with a surprised face. "I already sent a message to Gon..." Nanika spoke inside his head. "Please! He's in another universe... another world! We need to help him!" The black-haired girl pleaded to her older brother. "I-I-I don't know..." Killua said, not making contact. Tears started to fall from the girl's cheeks, "Please... let's save Gon"
