Ajey's P.O.V:

I came to the garden hurriedly, escaping from that situation which was the most terrifying yet the most beautiful one I've ever had in my life.

Goddamn. What just happened? Her brother probably mistook what he saw, but I don't care. That moment hit me like ecstacy and I'm never forgetting it till my last breath.

My heart was throbbing so loud that it would come out of my chest any moment now. It wasn't throbbing because I was nervous but because my eyes saw her pretty face, her lips, her nose, her eyebrows and her eyes.

Uff!! This woman, I tell you, was making me go insane for her. She was going to be the death of me.

I had the chance to look at her so closely that I feel no one would have ever been that close to her face.

-"Uh, hi!"
A feminine voice broke my trance.

It was her. My heartbeats had not even settled yet and she was here again!

-"Hi.."
I replied back to her nervously.

-"Uhmm, actually, we learnt that you have not have had you breakfast yet, and we never believe in making are guests move around with empty stomachs. So, that's why...here, I got you some Poha."

Were my expressions that harsh?

She tried avoiding to look at me, straight in the eye and her chest went up and down with every breath she inhaled and exhaled, anxiously.

A small smile crept onto my lips at the sight of her anxious self as I said with a chuckle,

-"Ms. Bhardwaj! You don't have to be so nervous around me. Address me with my first name, take it easy.."
I said, trying to bring her some comfort.

-"O-
Okay...have your breakfast....Ajey. Or you'll starve until the function starts."
She replied back with a small smile as she spoke my name again.

She gave me the plate of Poha and our hands brushed in the process.

God, I'll go mad now, seriously!

440 volt ka jhatka, is what I would call her feather-like touch on my hand.

Nonetheless, she started to take her steps backwards after passing me the breakfast plate but she stopped on her tracks suddenly and spoke,
