I like Issei as a character (minus the massive perversions) he's awesome, I just want to give him some badass characteristics doesn't matter.

*3 months later/after Reds rating game interference*
Its dark out and Matsuda is doing some contract runs with Asia, they make some deals and Matsuda is like a tough protective big brother to her. all is going well until the front tyre of their bike is blown out and in the middle fixing it they get ambushed by 5 thugs, all carrying a different weapon among them is a chain, flare, a pistol, a Molotov and a switch blade the 2 are knocked out. When they awake Matsuda is outnumbered, tied up and getting wailed on, they try to r**e Asia.
As 2 of them hold her down by her arms, 1 tightens Matsuda against a pole while the 5th tries to light his Molotov and the 3rd takes his fat belt off a gun shot is heard, the 5th is engulfed in flames the 4 (or 6 counting M&A) look on in horror.
???: 1 down.
RH walks out of the shadows armed with a crowbar and a lazy get up: black urban clothes but his red hood (black jacket, red top), with a tired/bored expression underneath, the only thing hiding his face is said Hood. RH: really not a good night boys.

(Author note: readers as said in my profile description I suck at fight scenes on a count I always change my mind and or think and forget what I'm writing, I'll try to give a simple fight but it's mostly up to you)
The thugs are unnerved, 2 are shaking with fear 2 are enraged. Chain (fat 1) and switchblade try to charge him as he slowly walks towards them, switchblade tries to rush him but gets countered with a punch to gut sending him off balance, he catches the chain, whips it at the pistol creating separation and distance amongst the 4 combatants. RH rushes the gunner getting him in an armlock, using the pinned arm to put 2 rounds in switchblades abdomen/midsection downing him, 3 in the chainmans gut doing the same thing, 1 in 'flares' shoulder causing him to drop his weapon. He manipulates the gunners arm to point to weapon and himself then fires headshotting himself and emptying the magazine.
He approaches and tries to untie Matsuda as Switchblade gets up and tries to charge Hood but gets sent flying into 'chains' who is barely concious, Hood drag chains on top switchblade pinning him to the ground, 'flare' ignites his weapon and rushes Hood who traps the attacker's good arm and shoves the flare down chains 'manhole cover' then casually kicks flare in the side of the chin knocking him out.
(a/n he does something similar in the comics I thought part of it was hilarious and wanted to do something if not completely like it. link below)

As he unties Matsuda he talks to Asia, in a concerned albeit grumpy tone: still relying on others Asia, you haven't changed.

RH: "wow I remember I you used to be!tch and moan but this, this is a whole new level" Matsuda: "what are you talking about we've never met" RH: *puts hand on his chest* "I'm hurt, we used to get beat up together, you really don't remember me?" Matsudonly think I'd remember a 6 foot sized red headed ball sack!" RH: *gestures to helmet* oh this? Come on I know you're retarded but even you must know this a mask right?" Matsuda: "quit spitting Bulls!t, I don't know you and I don't care" RH takes off his mask to reveal the former red emperor: Issei Hyodou.
Matsuda looks in disbelief Ise: "no you're right; you thought you knew me, turns out you never did, thanks for keeping him breathing Ddraig, always nice/good to see an old friend, you look good for a gauntlet." (A/N: Ddraig returns to Issei's arm?) Ddraig: "good to see up and about old friend." Matsuda: "this impossible you're-" Ise: "Dead? Yeah removing you're pieces will do that to ya, Resurrections a Son Of B!tch" Matsuda" how, the sacred gear-" ise: "only moves on when the host meets it's demise, as I said Resurrections a B!tch. Ddraig is still a living being, now that I'm back for the 1st time in a long time he has a choice, how does that song go?: "you see I'm gone and who I was I'll never be" - Divide Music now I could tell you why I'm here or how I got back but, I'm not going to, *puts helmet back on and circles behind Matsuda* and I can't have you giving away the surprise" *BOOST!* issei punches in the back of the head hard enough to knock him out and give small amnesia
