POV: Luna
Ever since I was young I loved rainy days. The sound of the raindrops hitting my window as I read. When I moved to London My father and I found a cozy book shop cafe. And on rainy days we would go. I miss him. He passed not too long ago. I still go, but it's not the same without him.
The bell on the door chimes as it swung open. I walk over to the counter and order my usual tea.
*short time skip*
The bells sing their song once again. As rutin, I look up. I take a sip of my tea. As the new person takes their coat off their head, revealing their face. It's, my professor? He looked in my direction. My body felt frozen. I couldn't stop staring. He started my way. His warm smile instantly melted my plain face into a smile.
"Hi, how are you?" He asks, going in for a hug.
"I'm okay. How are you? I say leaning into his embrace
His body was warm. I almost didn't wanna let go, yet I did. I tilt my head up, along with my eyes. A wave of warmth washed over me when my eyes met his. It's been a little awkward since that little incident. Even though its been a week, I'm still not over that dream.
After talking for a little while more we finished our drinks and went on our separate paths.
