You woke up this morning feeling rather hopeful. You got dressed brushed your teeth and hair then headed out the door to work. Working in a coffee shop wasn't all bad you got to meet new people everyday which you loved you made enough money to get by and you got to work with your best friend b/f/n. You couldn't ask for a better life. Walking to work you passed a flower shop and smelled your fav flower. Walking through the door and to the back office and put your h/l h/c hair in a (h/s) putting on your apron walking back to the front. "Good morning everyone" You say smiling. "Good morning y/n how are you today." B/f/n says with a smile on her face. "very good and you ?" "I'm well thank you." she says returning the smile. A few hours go by you say hello to your regular guests and meet some new ones when b/f/n calls out to you. "Hey y/n come here." "yes b/f/n whats up?" She points to a man sitting in a corner of he shop with wavy dark brown hair parted to his left a purple dress shirt and black dress pants also wearing glasses reading a newspaper. "He's so handsome" b/f/n says giggling. "um yea he his." You blush he suddenly looks up from his newspaper and looks at you, you blush even harder and he smiles lightly. Before long it was the end of your shift and you grabbed your stuff saying goodbye to everyone. "Oh y/n wait some guy left this for you." An other co worker said. "Oh thanks." Walking out the door you opened the paper and found a note.

It read: 

Dear y/n

I saw you looking at me in the cafe today and i have to say that the way you work and take pride in what you do is really admiring. I would love to get to know you better maybe over dinner my number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Call me sometime

You smiled and blushed at the note and skipped home. You call b/f/n and told her everything you guys talked until late then went to bed thinking about the mystery man and the note then you fell asleep smiling.
