=He landed softly on a thick layer of pine needles, the dry, citrusy smelling impromptu bed was a appreciated luxurious comfort. He thought in vain but his exhaustion was winning, his eyes closed, opened, closed again for a few minutes. After a few moments though he I was carried in the warm and protective embrace of sleep.
A snuffling sound woke him up, warm sunlight filtered through the branches above him and he squinted trying to track down the source of the noise. His heart quickened as he saw the the finger long tusks of the wild pig- luckily it did not notice him yet, the dangerous animal was focused on finding something to eat.
Breathing slow, calming himself, he studied the beast before him. It was the size of a large German Shepherd and had coarse black fur, a large pinkish nose was paired with two long tusks.
The pig grunted and it seemed to have made eye contact with him. The beady eyes of the pig and the teddy bear like ears distracted and mislead from the threat that it potentially could be.
Liam slowly moved away as he rose into an upright position the pig looked up and snorted, looking at Liam, he started pawing at the ground. Liam rose his hands and backed away slowly, his mouth felt like a desert, his heart was currently lodged in his throat, and his heart pounded increasingly fast inside his chest, his ears filled with a deep thudding.
