The Sakusa's were always a feared family full of alphas only, none of them had the choice to join the life of the underworld. They all were raised strictly and not shielded from the horrors of what happens when in the life of the mafia. When they presented, which they all did as alphas or 'pure alphas' as they are called since they are 5 generations of all being alphas, they have their first kill. The typical age for them to present is from ages 7-10. The youngest Sakusa, Sakusa Kiyoomi was the current overall leader of the Sakusa mafia although each of them had their own part of the mafia that they lead. 

Sakusa Reki was the in charge of  selling, making and buying drugs. He saw over all of it and would report everything to his younger brother Kiyoomi. 

Sakusa Emiko, the eldest child and only daughter of the family, was in charge of the strip joints and escort services that the mafia ran. Anyone who mistreats their workers or forces themselves on them is killed. 

Sakusa Kota, the second youngest, was in charge of properties and collecting protection fees from businesses under the protection in the jurisdiction where the Sakusa's were in charge.    

Komori Motoya, the cousin and only other living relative of the Sakusa's was in charge of paperwork mostly and helping Kiyoomi in any way he can, the right hand man. 

Sakusa Fumiko and Seiji are the parents of Kiyoomi, Reki, Emiko and Kota. 

Everything goes through Kiyoomi, he makes the final decisions and plans everything. He is the only one who can overrule his siblings and parents. This is because he was the most well-rounded of the Sakusa's, not only that but also because he fitted the role best and his siblings were all married and starting families with their alpha partners. 

The Sakusa's do believe that omegas are weaker than alphas and so they try and keep their bloodline 'pure', it is expected that they all end up with alphas, although they are just with whoever it is they love but it is an unspoken rule that it should be an alpha. Kiyoomi didn't like being attached to anyone and so he doesn't care, sure he fucks around a bit but that's always to relieve stress and more often than not with either female betas or alphas and very rarely omegas. He always uses protection and if they get too close or clingy he does dispose of them accordingly (he kills them). Kiyoomi makes sure that his playthings know the rules of the arrangement and that they are all on birth control as well as him wearing condoms. His parents aren't heaps fond of this but seeing as he is only 25 they figure he will settle down soon enough. 

Recently there has been reports of a famous assassin in the underworld known as 'The Masked Fox' has been killing off members of the mafia group who had a hit put out on them or other scum bags that were paying for the Sakusa's protection. The latest kill was a CEO who owed and paid millions of dollars to the Sakusa family. The alphas were all royally pissed off at this of course. 

"We have to do something about this fucking assassin Kiyoomi! He took out one of our fucking suppliers last month and now he has taken out one of our biggest non-hassle profits!" Reki yelled angrily. 

"I'm fucking pissed too, but he killed like 5 of the men I was going to have to kill for harassing our workers at the club and brothel, so I am also thankful for that. None the less we need to fucking find him and deal with him accordingly." Emiko stated rather calm. She really cared for her workers and he brothers knew it so she definitely  did not completely hate the assassin. 

"Sis, I know that those workers mean a lot to you but we have lost over a 100 million in the last month from this fucker alone! Whether it be that sleazy CEO or the fucking drug suppliers. We have lost business in the area because some higher paying places don't think our protection is worth the money. They are threatening to leave and hire their own protection or demanding that we do a better job before they pay less." Kota angrily half yelled seeing as it was his duty to oversee that part of the mafia.
