Actually Jungkook and On started to be separated when On is 14 years old and Jungkook is 19 since On is gonna go with his auntie after he fought with his brothers.
Jungkook and On, they were also childhood neighbors.
"Jungkook! Juhwan is your childhood friend!" On's auntie said angrily and says "CAUSE I SAW IN THE GALLERY OF YOUR MOTHER OF HER PHONE!" So the reason was explained by her.

After that, Jungkook left then he saw Somi "Why are you wishing to be a good person??" Jungkook asked Somi.
"Stop asking me, cause I didn't tell you." Somi replied.
