[CHAPTER O5]

5|The erotic books reading nerd

Jungkook was impatient, impatient for taking his revenge. He will not leave her without taking revenge and it should be like this.

"When she is gonna come?" He mumbles impatiently glancing at the clock in the corner which was showing the same time when he looked at it before. It would when you look at it after every 0.5 seconds.

Aera did dirty to him. He never wrote on her face no matter how much he hated her.

Jungkook's face was his first preference. He was obsessed with his attractive face. The boy knew how to allure girls in his cage and the only thing that did the job was his face. No matter how much he ignores the girls or pretends to be a cool and 'I-don't-care' guy, he loved the attention.

Aera entered the school panting. She was late—again! She hurriedly ran to her class bumping into some students.

"Aera!" Someone shouted—wait! It's sounding familiar. She didn't have the time to turn around but as a curious little bird, she turned around.

As she turned around, she saw Taehyung waving his hands at her while showing his boxy smile. This was the first time he smiled at her and it was truly mesmerizing.

"Isn't he the erotic book-reading nerd?" She whispers to herself, squinting her eyes. Aera sighs when she saw Taehyung running toward her. He walks toward her while grinning ear to ear.

"Hi!" He showed her his white pearly teeth, his lips shaping into a box shape. Aera didn't know why the boy was saying hi to her. "Hi?" She tilts her head, baffled.

He again waves at her. "Where are you going?" He questions her. "Uhh...to my class?" She replied, her lean fingers pointing behind her. "We have the same class. Let's go!" He beams at her, dropping his arm at her shoulder.

She didn't know what was happening. It was really weird. "Wait—that's why."

"Are we friends?" She queries, gazing at him. He nods while humming a song. "Of course, we are."

Aera smirks. She knows what he's doing and she will not leave it. "So I think the book is the reason why we are friends." Taehyung halts nervously smile but continues his path ignoring her teasing.

Area liked the reaction and she wanted more."You want me to not tell others right?" He sucks in a breath. She was right, that's what he wanted. Taehyung hated the quick-witted girl. Her mind was sharp and he hated that.

Aera was enjoying the show and she didn't have plans to stop. The girl was enjoying herself but she didn't know that something bad is waiting for her.

She whispers, not wanting the other students to hear. She wasn't the type of girl to gossip and she wasn't even going to tell anyone but a little teasing wouldn't hurt, right?

"You want to keep my mouth shut that the nerd who everyone thinks is innocent is reading erotic books?" Taehyung pushed his glasses back. Sweat beads glow on his forehead and his heart beats hard in his rib cage.

Aera quickly puts a neutral expression when Taehyung looks at her."What if I tell others?" She raises her eyebrows, questioning him. He pursed his lips. He didn't know what to do.

Aera started laughing at Taehyung's expressions. His eyes were quivering, beads of sweat were glowing on his forehead, and he couldn't stop licking his lips and playing with his glasses.

Aera stops laughing, a smile lingering on her lips. "Don't worry! I will not tell anyone." She assures him, placing her left hand on her chest. Taehyung wasn't sure about this and he didn't believe this girl at all.

"Who's this?" A girly voice interrupted their conversation, gaining their attention. Aera smiles at Jennie who came to meet her best friend.

"He's the guy I told you about." She tells, starting at Taehyung. "The erotic books reading nerd?" Jennie queries, staring at Aera. Aera pursed her lips, embarrassment rushed through her veins whereas Taehyung face became ruddy.

Taehyung glared at Aera who was staring into the air, avoiding him at all costs. "Yeah, you will not tell anyone," Taehyung states through a clenched jaw.

"I can't do anything now? Can I? I just told her." She argues back, defending herself. Jennie stares between both of them, not understanding anything. She didn't want to disturb them but they will all get detention if they don't move from there.

"Can we go to class?" She raises her eyebrows at them. Taehyung wasn't in a good mood and for the first time he wanted to bunk the class but he will not let his emotions ruin his future.

They both moved from their places when Jennie gives a push to them telling them to walk. They were already late for their class.

"What happened? Did I say something wrong?" Jennie whispers curiously, glancing at Taehyung who was looking like he could kill anyone. "Yeah, you came at the wrong time." She purses her lips, a deep frown forming on her lips.

"You could have at least said no!" Jennie slaps her on her arm. Aera didn't bother to answer her friend. Why would she lie when she had no reason to?

The trio finally reaches the class and peeks inside. To their delight, Mr. Jung wasn't inside. Aera happily enters the class—"Oh God!"

Everyone started laughing when the water-filled bucket fell on her.
