For chest
This works for me cause I have small boobies but its different for everyone.
1. Put on a camisole.
2. Fold it up like a long bra
3. Put bra on over that
4. Fold cami again over that
5. Put on a loose, dark colored shirt with long sleeves.
For rest of outfit
Dark colors like navy and black will look looser, even if they aren't. So wear a navy shirt with black baggy pants(preferably sweatpants). Want to wear jewelry? Wear something boyish. I have a shark tooth necklace I wear a lot, so if you have one, wear it! A baseball cap or beanie will complete the outfit!
