it was a day like any other at the green household. it was monday, june 8th. nicholas could be heard in his recording studio letting out a joyful "Hey, Happy monday!" as he did every monday. but today felt different. "H-Hey... Happy mon-" nicholas sighed. he had stopped recording and went to go sit under the plum tree in his backyard. he often went there to ponder and theorize. he sat under the plum tree.
"Oh, golly gee," he said to himself. "I wonder why today does not feel like a happy monday.. rather a melancholy and horrid monday.." before nick could finish his thought, he had felt something hit his back. "Owie! What in god's green earth was that?" he exclaimed, before shortly turning around. it was none other but he, joshua.
"hey nicholas! it's me your best friend joshua (not harry styles)" joshua said in a friendly and welcoming tone. he threw a plum at nick to get his attention. nicky had smirked.
"Oh dearest joshua! I am so forever grateful it is just you, my best friend, and NOT harry styles," nicholas began. "Whatever query brings you to my humble home?"
joshua chuckled. "Well, you see nicky pie, i was just dilly dallying around when i realized today was NOT the happiest of mondays. So i decided to visit you, my good friend nicholas."
"Oh joshie you flibberjibbit! come here you rascal! you rapscallion, even!" nicholas hugged his dear friend.
"Say, nick, what do you think about us having an elegant slumber party tonight? maybe we can even record a video for the Your Tube," josh suggested.
"A splendid idea you have my good friend! it's official! tonight we will have a golly good time!"
