What if there was an actual lab that has experiment creatures so one day if something changes or bad happens the gavorment actually release them so it could cure the bad event. Like for COVID 19 there was a vaccine right? Maybe it's because they already researched on stuff so they can make vaccines faster than the dengue medication..................
