Emilia's redemption

Emilia always had a plan. She knew what she wanted to do, and how she was going to do it. But now she was stuck. She never expected a few kids to mess things up. To tear her plans and, to be stuck with an annoying mute like fungus.

She just wanted to get out of here. Any way she could she would try, and then fungus would think she's playing hide and seek. She really missed her home, and felt really guilty about the whole mega situation. All she wanted was to be free from her awful punishment.

She then had an idea. A very strange one. She remembered what kipo said about second chances and redemption. She thought it really would be a long shot but at this point she was desperate to escape. She thought kipo would be a tiny bit suspicious of her but after all she's done who could blame her? She knew wolf, dave and Benson wouldn't be so easy though.

Wolf always thought of emilia as a monster and it was safe to say she would not be in favour of the whole redeeming emilia thing. Benson would most likely never trust emilia with all the horrible crimes that she's committed, she felt that was understandable.

One of the first things she had to think of was her overdue apology to kipo, her friends, and the mutes. She truly wished she never did all of the horrific things she did.

Suddenly she heard a loud metal bang and rose to her feet. She tried looking for the source of the sudden loud noise and found herself face to face with the mega jaguar herself, kipo.

Emilia braced herself for what ever kind of attack she was going to receive but no horrible, painful attack came. Instead the mega jaguar placed a comforting paw right next to where she was sitting.

Emilia was confused, why did she bother coming all the way back to see her? Why wasn't she attacking her? And why did she care about her? She had so many questions and not enough answers.

"Why did you come back kipo?" Asked Emilia.

"Because I think you've served your punishment."kipo said calmly. "I'm taking you home and you're going to apologize to everyone you've hurt, then I'll take you to the doctors to make sure you aren't hurt ok?"

Emilia paused for a moment. She knew she had to apologize to the people she hurt. But at the same time she felt kipo was also being far too kind to her. She at least expected kipo to have an angry tone in her voice but no. She remained completely calm.

"F...fine I...I'll apologize. I'm sorry kipo. I really am sorry." Emilia answered.

"And what are you sorry for Emilia?" Kipo questioned.

"I'm sorry for my horrible treatment of mutes and for all of my experiments and the whole mega situation. I promise I will never ever mess around with mutes again kipo." Emilia apologised.

Kipo seemed satisfied with Emilia's apology. She could tell it was genuine, sincere, and she even seemed to have learnt a lesson about treating mutes with proper respect. Though kipo still wanted to check to see if Emilia really did change.

"Are you sure you know why you were put here as punishment?" Kipo asked.

"Yes kipo." Answered Emilia.

"And you won't do it again?" Kipo added.

"No kipo." Emilia replied.

"Good." Kipo said. "Get on my back I'm taking you home."

"Wait are you sure I even deserve to come home with you?" Emilia nervously questioned.

"Everyone deserves a second chance Emilia." Kipo stated. "Come on, get on my back so I can take you home."

"Oh...ok." Said Emilia as she climbed onto kipo's back.

"Hold on tight!" said kipo as she started to run.

Kipo had really forgiving heart and was always willing to give second chances. Emilia didn't feel like she deserved another chance. She felt kipo should have given up and called her a lost cause. But instead she was giving Emilia another chance to show she could be better. Emilia thought kipo was way too kind.
