Sky was staring at the moon through the window, as if he had seen the brightest angel from Heaven. The stars seemed to be impossible to count especially to a boy who sees millions of it. he tried to count how many times the north star twinkled to make himself fall asleep and when he reached the number 55..
Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
The door slid open and a familiar voice was heard.
"Yes mother?" he turned around as if he was doing nothing silly.
"Why aren't you still sleeping?"
"I was counting."
"The stars?"
"Yes."
"and how many were they?"
"I don't know. I got lost when you knocked."
"je suis chouchou désolé'."
(I'm sorry darling)
Mother sat beside me and fixed my blanket. she was holding a little box with a blue ribbon wrapped around it.
"What's that mama?"
I was pointing my finger towards the box and tried to grab it but mama's hands was so quick I thought It was already gone.
"Oh, it's nothing dear."
"Would you like to hear a very interesting story?'
"Yes! Yes!"
She took a deep breath, and smiled at me.
That's when I knew this was really an interesting one.
"Once upon a time, there was a Prince who loved to see the stars. he loves it when it twinkles, and he loves it when it shines and every night he wishes someday he will meet one. One day he was invited by the King to a ball by the Castle of Wisdom. he was so excited because this was his first ball and everyone will be happy to sing and dance under the moonlight.
The day came yet no one saw him. They searched everywhere but no one knew where to find him.
The Castle was now empty as the people of the Kingdom searched every corner and every street, every house and every room there is to find."
Still the Prince was never to be found. "
"Do you want to know where he was?"
"Where is he mama?"
"He's here."
