Kim Seokjin has loved Kim Taehyung since middle school.
But he has never reciprocated his feelings and finds him a nuisance.
He agrees to a plan that will leave poor Seokjin broken.
This is not a TaeJin feel good story so I'm warning y'all up front...

The next morning, Jimin and Hobi arrived at the hospital and saw Jin for the first time. He was awake and talking to his mother. She gives them a few minutes alone to get some coffee.
They run to his side and ask him how he feels. He smiles halfheartedly and says, "I don't feel any pain. Must be the drugs they have me on. But I feel ok."
"We were so scared when you fainted. Your parents walked in as soon as you fell. I hope you know that we didn't purposely tell them what happened. The doctor is the one who explained what happened to them."
"I'm sorry, I guess I was worse off than I thought." Jin quietly replies. Tears slowly start slipping from his eyes and he says, "I think that what I hate most is that my parents found out what happened. I thought I'd be able to handle everything on my own but my father is out for blood. Now everyone is going to know how stupid I was to believe that Kim Taehyung could have possibly liked me. And say I got what I deserved."
"Jin, we will stay by your side no matter what happens. You will get through this cause you are strong."
"Thanks Jimin, I hope you're right. I am so thankful to have you both by my side."
Hobi sits unusually quietly and wears a look of despair.
"I'm sorry Jin-ah.. I was supposed to stay by your side the entire night and I left you the first chance I got to dance." Hobi tells him.
"Don't blame yourself. I was the one who told you to go. I know how much you love to dance. If anyone is to blame its me. I went to a party where the people have been nothing but mean to me. All because Tae invited me. I have been so incredibly stupid. He has told me over and over that he didn't like me, but I was just so stubborn and couldn't accept that. But I do now."
Jimin then asks, "What do you think is happening with them right now?"
"I don't know. But my father left here to speak with his attorney.

He is sitting in one of the detectives office that has a clear view of the perpetrators who walk by.
"Mr. Kim, I ran a background check on the owners of the house where the crime took place. And it seems that they have moved here recently because their son has done this sort of thing before. And for some reason or another he has never actually done any time for his crimes.
They just pack up and move every time he gets in trouble. The father is very wealthy and I wouldn't be surprised if he paid for his son's freedom."
"Well I hope that the same thing doesn't happen here. I expect you to do your job and arrest every person involved in the crime.
