Why do people bully because the same person that was bulling me before is now bulling me by puling my hair out and is not calling me snow boots anymore it is now pulling my hair why does he do it does it make him feel cool or has made him feel he achieved something by pulling hair and that same person chocked my friend the other week and is just taking his anger out on other people by hurting them why does he do it if anyone can tell me why i will give you a shout out whoever has the best answer wins
