"Hey sunshine, I got some squirrel!" Daryl said walking towards me
"Nice..." I said as I chucked a rock into the lake
"Come back to camp...There's a new guy! His name is Rick Grimes!" Daryl said as he sat next to me
"Cool.." I said
"What's wrong?" He asked
"Nothing...I'm just- I'm worried.." I said
"Why- what are you worried about?" He asked
"Losing everyone at camp...Lori, Carl, you... Expecially you dad..." I said as I leaned sideways and placed my head in his lap
"It's ok sunshine, you don't have to worry about us! We're saf-" Daryl got cut off as we heard Carol screaming on the other side of the lake
"Carol? CAROL!" I shouted as I ran
"GET OFF OF HIM SHANE!" carol screamed
Shane was beating the shit out of Ed, Sofia was crying and screaming, Andria and Amy were holding Carol back
"SHANE STOP!" I screamed as I held my gun towards him
"HEY Y/N NO!" Daryl shouted as he snatched the gun away from me
"Touch that woman again and I'll kill you" Shane said as he spit on Ed
Carol ran over and helped Ed
I got pissed and walked away
"HEY! HEY IM TALKING TO YOU!" Daryl shouted as he ran after me
"GO AWAY!" I shouted
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" he shouted
"I was just trying to help..." I said as I turned around and stood infront of him with tears in my eyes
"Sunshine..." He sighed
"You can't pull a gun on any of our group members...That's how we loose trust on people, think before you do something...Ok sunshine?" He said
"Yes dad..." I said as he pulled me into his arms and hugged me tight
"I love you dad.." I whispered
"I love you to sunshine" he said as he picked me up and we walked back to camp
A few hours later we were all sitting around the camp fire eating
"Rick Grimes huh?" I asked
"Yes, and you?" Rick said with a smile as he held his hand out
"Y/n, y/n Dixon" I said as I licked my fingers like a pig and stuck my hand out
"Your funny" Rick said as he chuckled
I smiled, no one ever complemented me but my dad
"Thank you" I said as I wiped my hands on my jeans
"Y/n!" Lori said
"Yes?" I asked as I realized
"Napkin sweetie" she said handing me a napkin
"Yes mom" I said being a smart ass
Lori laughed
"How old are you?" Rick asked
"10 just like Carl!" I said as Carl smiled
"Where's the toilet paper!!" Amy asked as she stepped out of dales rv
"Bottom cabinet in the kitchen!" Dale shouted
"Ok than-" Amy cut herself off with a giant loud scream
We all looked her way and saw a walker biting her arm
"AMY!" I screamed
"Wha- NO AMY!" Andrea screamed
"WALKERS!" Daryl shouted
"CARL!" I screamed as I grabbed Carl's hand and we ran to the RV
We climbed to the top of the rv watching in horror as Andrea ran twords Amy and everyone was killing walkers
I got an idea to save everyone but it risked me and Carl dying
"Carl crawl through this and close the RV door, hide in dale's room I have an idea" I said as I opened the hatch on top of the rv
"Ok but be quick!" He said as he jumped into the RV and shut the door
I grabbed my gun and shot it straight up in the air which led all the walkers to come towards the rv
"CARL LOCK YOURSELF IN THE BATHROOM SO I CAN SEE YOU!" I screamed as I looked down the hatch
"Carl?" I said as I looked over and the RV door was open and a walker was inside of the rv
"Carl?...CARL NO!" I screamed as Rick shot the last walker
"CARL!" I screamed as I jumped into the RV and ran to find him
"NO NO NO! CARL WHERE ARE YOU!" I cried
Carl ran out from behind the bed and hugged me tight
"YOU SCARED ME SO BADLY!" I cried as I held him tight
"CARL Y/N?!" Rick and Daryl shouted as they ran in the RV and saw us hugging
"DAD!" me and Carl shouted as we ran into their arms
We walked out of the rv, Andrea was crying and softly stroking Amy's head crying, Amy slowly raised her hand and touched Andreas face, my eyes filled with tears and I dropped to my knees next to amy and Andrea,
"Amy..." I whispered
"Hey munchkin" she whispered as she smiled and placed her hand on my cheek and rubbed it slowly with her thumb
"I love you so much.." I said as a tear fell from my cheek to her forehead
Her arm dropped from my face and she stopped breathing
"Oh god.." Andrea cried
"Andrea..." I looked at her and cried
"Oh hon-" she got cut off
"Amy...AMY WAKE UP PLEASE DONT DIE PLEASE!" I screamed as I shook Amy
"AMY WAKE UP!" I cried
"PLEASE DONT GO I NEED YOU!" I cried
"Y/N STOP!" Carl shouted as he pulled me away and into his arms
"Carl.." I cried
"It's ok...I got you..." He whispered as he played with my hair
"Carl I'm so scared..." I whispered
"You can sleep with me in my tent tonight if that's ok with your dad" he offered
"Thank you.." I said as I pulled away from the hug and ran to my dad
"It's on sunshine" Daryl said as he hugged me tight
