Chapter 10

Eren's POV

It's been 2 months since the "incident" with Levi. And it's been rather awkward. Every time I look at him, all I see is my Levi. 

On a happier note, Jean asked me to be his boyfriend a few weeks ago and he's been coming over to the office every day during my lunch break to spend time with me. 

And before you ask, no we haven't...done anything.

It's not that I don't trust him. He's just not Levi.

"Eren? Can you come to my office quickly?" Speak of the devil...

I composed myself and walked in, "You need me for something?"

"Yeah. I...I'm not good at this kind of thing but it's been bugging me so...I'm sorry. I shouldn't have called you a brat and I certainly should have considered your feelings when you asked me to stop."

I teared up slightly, "It's all good. There's no way you could have known. But thank you for apologising. It means a lot."

There was a hint of a smile and he nodded, "I was wondering if you wanted to grab a coffee during lunch today? I want to hear about your Levi."

I was slightly taken aback but agreed, "Yeah, sure. Let me just message Jean and let him know and then we can go."

Jean

E: Hey

J: Hey babe, I'm on my way

E: Actually, Levi and I are going out for coffee so I'm going to cancel our lunch for today

J: Levi as in your boss? Why?

E: He wants to know about my Levi

J: What's that got to do with him? And please stop calling him your Levi, it's weird

E: IDK why he wants to know. And I call him my Levi because he was my Levi.

J: K, whatever. See you later?

E: Yeah, don't forget we're having dinner at Kasa and Armin's tonight.

J: K

He's probably pissed off but it's fine.

"You wanna get going?" I nodded and followed Levi to the cafe across the street.
