Chapter 1

As any other day penny woke up super early ,at 6 o'clock in the morning even though school started at eight in the morning.

She started off by brushing her teeth and doing her business in the restroom. After that she brushed her long beautiful brown hair. Then,put it into really tight braids. She put on her ugly green uniform she had to wear to school. She didn't like riding the school bus, so her mother always took her.

After she did her goodbyes with her mother she started walking into the cafeteria. She only really like the biscuit but nothing else. After she finished she waited for them to call eighth grade girls in the speakers. She always dreaded going to science her homeroom because her teacher Miss Sandy were always hug them at the front door and she had a huge body. miss Sandy always made lame jokes and always made them do work.

Penny POV

Lucky for us we were in tag which meant talented and gifted. We barely had bad kids in our class. So there was never drama or fights. As I started walking into homeroom I saw Giselle walk into the restroom. I was pretty sure she was skipping homeroom just like any one else would do. Unfortunately my mother did not tolerate that type of stuff. So I waved at her and started walking to ms.sandy class. 

As always I got a big hug from Miss Sandy's and started walking to my seat. I always sat by myself because we had assigned seats and the girl that was assigned  next to me had left to a new school. As always a took out my journal and started writing the warm-up. Ms sandy always made critical questions to write about. I was about to use my phone because I always complete the warm-up first.

But for some reason everyone finished at the same time as me today. So I guess Ms sandy started class early today. Today we were learning about anthem and space. 30 minutes already into class there was a knock at the door. Everyone looked that way as she opened the door.

And of course it was Mr. Amos everyone was shocked because nobody ever gets in trouble in tag. Behind him was a student. I never seen the student before, I'm guessing he's new. I honestly thought that he was part of the dumb people just by looking at his looks. Mr. Amos walked to the middle of the class with him and introduced him.

"Hello class this is Jamie odd, He came from Deez nuts academy. One of the best schools in the state. He was top 5 in that academy. Now he is here at our school. I hope you respect him."

After that Mr. Amos left and left Jamie with Miss Sandy. I was shocked by what Mr. Amos had said because he did not look smart but then again you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. As always miss Sandy was overdramatic and made us introduce ourselves to him, one by one.

After that she  had look for seats to sit him on. I realize that I was the only one that didn't have a partner next to me. I honestly didn't know how to feel about this Jamie guy.  but to be honest he had shoe game. And he could dress really good.

And honestly those eyelashes where is so thick it look like they were fake. When he sat next to me I was disturbed because I didn't want no one smarter than me. I asked him for his schedule just to see what classes he had with me.shockingly he had every single class with me. I did notice that he was smarter than me until I saw his academic scores they were about five points higher than me in the subject.

"Hey" Jamie said

"Hey" I said back

"So how's the teachers at this school?" He said

"I would say most of them are frustrated by other students,but lucky for you you're the good class" I said
