Physical appearance - wears a mask most of the time due to not being able to deal with lots of "earth" oxygen , uses a wheelchair most of the time because his legs are very weak and it hurts and it is hard to walk for Touya , like Konoha's ai daki can read Touya heart rate and health rate, Touya also wears soundproof headphones because his ears can't handle lots of loud sounds because the moon has no sound.

Heath issues
Touya has a weak immume System to Earth's oxygen and his muscles are to weak to which stand earth's gravity he also can get sick every easily and he gets nauseous and tired due to the gravity and he has to do physical therapy and get medication every day or so , he has anxiety when meeting new poeple.
