Chapter 1 - Hello Paris!

(btw the song is for no reason I just like the song lol)

Brie's POV

8:00 am

I woke up bright and early. Today I will be going to Paris for my dad's new job! I was beyond excited and I couldn't wait to see the famous superheroes, Ladybug and Chat Noir! 

I got up and went to get breakfast. I finished eating and got ready afterwards.

"Brie, are you ready?" I heard my dad yell.

"Yep, just about!" I yell back as I put on my shoes.

I then left with my dad to go to the airport.

10:00 am

I arrived in Paris at 10:00 am. I went to my new house and wow, it was definitely bigger than our old one. It had 2 floors and looked very modern with a garden as big as our old apartment. I honestly don't know how my father could afford this. Anyways, I went up to see my new bedroom, and it was huge! But very empty looking. I spent the rest of my day shopping online looking for new things for my room I bought fairy lights, stuffed animals, a mirror, picture frames and a pretty curtain!

I went to sleep happy with all the new stuff I bought and with how pretty my new room is.

The next day 

I woke up and got dressed. I decided to go out and explore the neighborhood.

I was walking around the neighborhood enjoying the scenery when I saw a cute little bakery. It was called "The Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie" 

I walked in and was delighted by the delicious smell of pastries. I walked up to the cashier and saw a young girl there she looked around my age. "Hi! My name is Marinette, Welcome to The Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie. How can I help you?" She said, in a very cheery tone. She sounded like the type of person that would make anyone happy just by being around. "Hi there! Could I get a croissant and an ice white mocha?" I  asked trying to match her tone.

"Sure! 1 croissant and 1 ice white mocha coming right up!" She replied. "By the way, are you new here? I haven't seen you around before." She asked while typing something into the cash register "Yes actually! I just moved here for my father's new job." I replied "Oh that's cool! What's your name? Maybe I could show you around the city sometime with my friend Alya." She said "My name is Brie, And yeah sure! that could be fun." I said with a smile. "Tomorrow 3 pm?" She asked. I nodded. I paid, took my food and said my goodbyes.

I walked out sipping my coffee while reading fanfictions and I wasn't paying attention when I accidentally bumped into a giant pillar with a boy on it. he had straight blond hair and super pretty green eyes. 'He's kinda cute' I thought to myself and continued walking.

When I got home I flopped onto my bed and went to sleep.
