Chapter 3 - Fencing

Brie's POV

It was recess. I was calling my best friend, Kagami. She was telling me about the fencing class. "By the way, Brie. Do you know about the fencing class at your school?" She asked. "What! there's a fencing class??" I yelled. "Yes! and I just so happen to go to it!" She said in a happy voice. She only uses that voice around me. "Well, I have to sign up then!" I giggled.

3 pm

School ended. I went to Mr. D'argencourt's office and asked him if I could join the fencing class. He asked me to show him my skills. I did as told. and he told me that I need more practice. I was embarrassed and almost started crying, But then he told me that I could get tutored by one of his students. "Yes, please!" I said, "Ok, I'll see if I can get you tutored by Adrien Agreste. He's one of my best students, And I'm sure he will make you a great fencer in no time!" he said. I nodded. 'Is that the guy who was late today?' I questioned. "Ok, I will have him inform you tomorrow if he agrees." he said, " Ok sir, Thank you," I said as I left.

The next day

6:30 am

I received a text from an unknown number

?: Hi! I'm Adrien. I'm going to tutor you in fencing!

Brie: Hello! When are we going to have lessons?

Adrien: Every Monday, 5 pm at my house. :) 

Brie: Ok, Where do you live?

Adrien: -address-

Brie: Ok, See you then :)

12:00 pm

It was lunchtime. I saw Adrien, sitting alone reading a book. I realized I didn't introduce myself to him and he missed my introduction to the class because he was late, so I decided to go and introduce myself to him. I walked over to him. "Hi, Adrien!" I said trying to sound super friendly "Oh hi!" He said sounding super cheery. "I realized I didn't get a chance to introduce myself. I'm Brie!" I said, " Like the cheese?" He asked with a head tilt. "I guess," I said giggling. But then, I noticed something moving in his jacket. "Uh? Do all French people have mice like in Ratatouille?" I asked genuinely confused "Um! Yep, Better go feed it! Bye!" He said while sprinting away.  'Well, that was kinda weird.' I thought to myself.

Adrien POV

I ran behind a wall to talk to Plagg. "Plagg! What the heck?!" I said while opening my jacket to let him out.  " Adrien, I'm going to need you to marry her." He said in a very nonchalant voice.             "What? why?" I asked. "Come on, Adrien! She's named after cheese! " He yelled. I rolled my eyes. 'Well, she is kinda cute.' I thought 'Wait what?! Adrien, You only love Ladybug! no one else.' I yelled at myself. "Anyways, Plagg don't do that again! what if you got caught?!" I yelled " Ok ok." he said rolling his eyes.
