"No! sorry but your still a stranger to me, even though i don't wanna go home, i'm still not going to your house!" She shouted taking the advantage that they were no longer at "Jacks Coffee" anymore they were near the beach.
"OK then, what about one of your friends?" he was starting to get frustrated.
"Well my friend Molly is definitely not talking to me......BUT! wait Rex would let me stay, he is really nice, even though he kicked me out the library club, but i'm pretty shore Molly made him, he didn't sound pleased about it"
"You most really like this Rex guy" Chris couldn't help but sound jealous
"Yeah he's great.... but were just friends"
"But he's a guy to and your going to his house but not mine?........ i mean what ever just call him"
"OK, but its not that your a guy its just i don't know you well enough.... sorry but thank you for the offer" She smiled at him before taking out her phone and clicking the name Rex.
"Hey put it on speaker" Chris asked wanting to here this guys voice
"Why?"
"Just do it"
So seeing how angry he got she put it on speaker and after a few seconds a cute voice answered
"OH Amy i thought you would never call, i'm so sorry about the Library thing" he sounded really sad
"Oh Rex, my boy its OK" They both laughed
"So whats up Amy.... anything interesting, other than me"
"Well you know how we are the best of friends and how you always say you would do anything for me"
"Yep... what do you want and don't say a sleepover to get rid of your cramps from period because remember that last time, you got blood all over my bed, its not a pretty site, i don't deal well with periods"
Amy couldn't help but blush, then she heard giggling coming from Chris... this was really embarrassing for her
"Don't worry i'm not on my period"
"Oh thank God! so what is it?"
"Could i please stay over at yours, i told my mum i wasn't coming home....she's really getting on my nerves!"
"OH Amy....she is just trying to look out for you, after everything with your dad... you know?"
"I know but..... could i please just stay at yours, please Rex and ill even check if i'm on my day of the month"
"I would really love you too.."
"Rex i LOVE YOU! thank you soooo much!"
"BUT!......... i'm at my cousins house for a stupid family gathering" there was a second of silence "I'm really sorry Amy" he really did sound sorry
"It's OK Rex thanx anyway"
"Sorry see you tomorrow Amy" and the line was gone
"What a nice guy your Rex is" said Chris mockingly
"Shut up!" Amy was starting to get stressed were would she go now
"Did......the period thing....really happen" asked Chris already giggling
"Yes OK!"
"Well you better not get blood on my bed" he said smirking
"Who said i'm going to your house, or even sleeping in the same bed as you!"
"ME! and you slept on the same bed with, your friend?"
"Yes so what!"
"What ever lets go and if you don't i will just carry you in my car, than letting you have the decency to walk" he was now grinning from ear to ear hoping he would have to carry her
"NO! i think.. i will walk" In fact he looked kind of disappointed, which made Amy smirk.
