Ivey didn't know what that was supposed to mean. 'Extra if you bring Bumblebee back safely, too' definitely didn't mean, 'go home without her.' For a split second, Ivey thought her mom actually missed Bumblebee. But no, her cold-hearted mother just couldn't miss a dragonet like Bumblebee. Still, she had to get Bumblebee home so she could try out some leaf cakes.
"Come on," Ivey finally said. "Let's go." Bumblebee's eyes lit up so bright that Ivey thought that she could finally tell her how she felt. But no. Home first, then mushy stuff later. "This way," Ivey signaled to Bumblebee the way home. "We can talk on the way," she added.
"What food do y'all have? I'm starving."
"Well, I really want you to try leaf cakes. They're great." And then they went to the Leafwing village.
