in this chapter we're going to learn about the characters. i will not mention "mom" or "sis" or any of those nicknames since they're a given

Violet Emerald: 21 years old but has had an adults maturity since 9 or 10.

appearance: wavy jet black hair that is down to the middle of her back
she has red eyes (yes that's possible, it's just extremely rare)
around 5'8.

nicknames: princess, starshine, vi vi, dear, m'lady, honey, gorgeous, vi (+ any cliche nickname that shows endearment or is just used for teasing)
vi and vi vi are occasionally pronounced like vee vee or vee. i won't comment on when it's pronounced in a certain way so go with what feels best for you.

sexuality: lesbian and recently started acting like a tsundere for some inexplicable reason.
doesn't really care what she's called so is also cassgender

Elizabeth Emerald: 16 years old

appearance: slightly curled hair that's constantly getting dyed. she also likes changing the length of it so there is no determined length.

5'9 (174 centimeters so can also be called 5'8 like her sister)

nicknames: annoying pest (by her sister during their almost daily sibling bickering), liz, lizzy, eli, el

Sage Emerald: 43 years old

appearance: wavy jet black hair that's a little below her shoulders

Owen Emerald: 42 years old (i think i have put his name as something else but i can't remember it for the life of me
so i'll change it into the original name when i come across it while re-reading and fixing story/spelling mistakes)

appearance: brown, fluffy hair that barely goes down to his shoulders

5'11 (2 centimeters shorter than sage)

nicknames: none except coupley petnames

Jace Ogden: 23 years old

appearance: strawberry blonde but doesn't like how light it is so often tries to make it darker (fails miserably).
goes down below his shoulders or he has it slightly below his head. no inbetween
hazel eyes with a gold speck

5'9 and can't stop teasing violet about it so he often has a pain in his abdomen from getting kicked or punched

nicknames: pet names he gets from his boyfriend

sexuality: pansexual

Helen Liào: 20 years old

appearance: same thing here as it was for elizabeth, dyes her hair too much. but it goes down to her armpits

Jasmine: 22 years old
she somehow found a way to not have a surname when she was changing it so now she's legally just jasmine. carmella likes teasing her by calling jasmine by her old surname (baker), but only when they're alone.

appearance: ginger hair that goes a little below her shoulders

appearance: blonde hair that's always in a bun or ponytail so nobody actually knows the real length

Gail Scott: 23 years of age and is only 14 days younger than his boyfriend, which is jace

appearance: redhead with hair that goes a little less than half way down his back, usually in a low ponytail

trans (female to male) and the name "gail" references his birth name: abigail

i don't remember any other characters (i don't have the energy to make the teacher colleagues, but i will eventually do 'em) but i will update this when new characters appears and i see them as important or if i have just abandoned the series as usual
