Chris POV

We've been sitting in the waiting room for awhile now and we haven't heard anything yet from anybody. All we know is that she went into surgery but they wouldn't tell us for what.

I've always heard stories of people going into surgery and not making it out alive and I'm so scared that, that will happen. Nick, Madi, Matt, and Laura had all fallen asleep and I tried to but with all the anxiety and stress, I couldn't.

"Are you guys the family or here for y/n y/l/n" a doctor said

"Yes we are her friends and I'm her boyfriend" I said to the doctor

"So y/n was poisoned and it attacked her heart so that why she had stopped breathing. We got all the poison out of her system so she will be fine but it is all about when she will wake up at the moment." The doctor said

Who could have poisoned her? I thought to myself

"Can we see her?" I asked the doctor

"Family only for right now, sorry bud" the doctor said

"I can't see her? I'm her boyfriend" I said getting mad

"Only family now please sit down" the doctor said. That's it, I've had enough of this shit.

"WE ARE THE ONLY FAMILY SHE HAS, HER PARENTS DONT GIVE ONE SHIT ABOUT HER SO IF YOU WILL EXCUSE I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MY GIRLFRIEND" I said

Everyone was shocked.

"Yeah dude, we're the only family she has" Matt said trying to calm me down and be reasonable.

"Okay fine but only one person at a time" the doctor said

"Chris you go first" Nick said

I nodded and walked to her room.

The door was already opened so I walked in. I saw her laying there on the bed, she had a bunch of needles in her arm. She was all poked on her arm and legs. I just sat next to her and grabbed her hand. I kissed her hand and just looked at her. She wasn't in pain, she wasn't happy, she just was emotionless.

"Please be okay, please me okay" I said over and over again

"Please wake up, please wake up" I said over and over again

I didn't want to leave her side so I didn't. I just held her hand and fell asleep.

I woke up about an hour later to my hand being squeezed. I woke up instantly, "Chris?" Y/n said

"Yes baby I'm here, I'm here" I said getting up and looking at her

"Chris?" She said again

"I'm here, I'm here" I said and she started crying so I just hugged her.

I climbed in the bed next to her making sure I don't sit on any wires. I wrapped my arms around her and I just held her. I didn't know what to say or what to do but all I know is that whoever poisoned y/n is one unlucky person.
