I walked in to the kitchen and saw Sakura standing behind the stove warming up probably some left over dinner.
It smelled super good in here. My stomach started grumbling from the hunger. I haven't eaten anything since lunch and that's like 7 hours ago.
Sakura didn't notice me coming in. Suddenly i got an idea.
Sakura is still turned with her back towards me.I sneaked up behind her taking as much as possible unnoticeable steps.
I counted till 3 in my head and pinched her sides. She let's out a high pitched scream and jumped forward bumping in to the counter.
I started laughing. She turned around with a furious look in her face.
"Y/n?!! Why did you do that?!" She screamed at me clearly not amused.
I couldn't stop laughing tears started to escape the corners of my eyes from laughing super hard.
After laughing for what felt like an eternity i noticed Sakura looking at me with a soft smile on her face.
I stopped laughing. Wasn't she mad at me? Is she planning something evil?
I immediately stopped laughing. "W-why are you looking at me like that? Are you planning something evil?" I said gulping. Believe me this girl is a devil with pink hair.
Now she was the one who started laughing. This evil witch!
"I'm happy that you're smiling again Y/n." She said walking towards me. She took a deep breath and looked at me.
" You know we have been friends for a long time now." That's true we've been friends since the second grade.
Ever since then we've been inseparable. We do everything together, we share everything to each other and help each other with everything like a beautiful true friendship.
"We promised to tell each other everything. I know that your family is a hard subject Y/n but I'm here for you if you want to talk or take a break from your family for a little bit." She said genuinely.
I felt tears welling up. I looked away and nodded my head silently.
Sakura grabbed my chin with her fingers. She moved my head gently towards her. I saw tears welling up in her eyes.
"You're always welcome here Y/n don't forget that! My parents, Bokuto they love you! They wouldn't mind having you here. So don't hesitate to call me next time y/n. Okay?" She said pulling me in her arms for a warm much needed hug.
I started crying and hugged her tightly back. We stood there for what felt like hours crying in each others arms.
After a while we pulled away from each other. I looked at her. " Thank you Sakura you don't know how much those words mean to me." I said wiping my tears away.
