Riley Evans sighs as she flips through the pages of her own bio text book, "Ugh, I don't want to do this anymoreeeee" she says flipping the book closed and turning her head to her sister, Anyona who was sitting on the bed next to her.

Anyona-Celeste Evans turned her head and looked at her sister, "When do you ever?" she slightly smirked jokingly. She set down her copy of the bio textbook, with her papers neatly folded inside the cover. Anyona gently shifted her hair behind her ear and out of her face.

Riley smiles and flops down on the bed beside Anyona and leans her head on her shoulder. "Lets go for a walk" She asks, looking up and towards the open window. "I don't think mom and dad would mind..." She frowns.

Anyona smiled, looking at her Riley and then following her sisters gaze out the window, "I don't think they would mind," Anyona agreed, turning her head back to look at Riley, "We will just have to watch out because it is almost sundown and we're not allowed out after dark alone," she reminded, her earrings making small tinkling noises as the pieces clink together with each movement.

Riley smiles and jumps up. "YAY! let me put my jacket on" she walks over to her closet and grabs her long black hoodie and pulls it over her head. "Ok, there we go." She walks over to the window and sticks her head out. "Should we use the front door?"

Anyona stood up, "I'll get my jacket," she said, leaving the room to go to her own room. She walked to a coat rack in the corner of her room and took down her black jacket that had a red stripe on it, spinning it around her shoulders. Anyona walked back to Riley and then paused, "Probably safest to use the front door, that way we won't break out necks by falling and if we get caught then it's not halfway out of the window," she suggested.

Riley sighs but nods. "Lets goooo" She said zooming outta her room and towards the stairs. "Um... should we tell mom and dad?" She asks, quietly slowly down and creeping down the stairs. Anyona smiled and slightly shook her head when her sister zoomed out of the room. She followed Riley down the stirs and then stopped at the base of the stairs, "I'll go to the kitchen and leave a note on the table," she said, quickly walking to the kitchen and writing up a note and then folding it so that it would stand up on the table, "There," she said, slightly proud of herself. Anyona walked back to Riley.

Riley nods and walks towards the front door putting her black boots on and waits for Anyona to hurry up back from the kitchen. "Shoot I should probably bring my phone." she takes off her boots, runs back upstairs and then comes back down and pokes her head into the kitchen. "Hurry up!" And then she walks back to the door and puts her boots back on.

Anyona rejoined Riley, noticing the phone in her hand, "I'm not going to bother with my phone," she slightly shrugged, crouching down and putting her black high-top boots on and lacing them up to right below her knees, "Shall we go then?" she asked Riley, standing back up.

Riley smiles and nods, "That's alright, I only have it for photos" She chuckles and opens the door. "We shall," She gives a small bow and opens the opens the door all the way up. "After you."

Anyona smiled, "Oh why thank you," she said regally, doing a small dramatic curtsy and then walking past Riley. She stood outside of the door and waited for her sister to join her, "Where to now?" she asked.

Riley smiles and walks out the door and gently closes it behind her. "Hmmmm, well, there's the woods." She replied, walking down the stone path of there walkway and peeking her head down the street.

Anyona followed her sister and then made a small hum noise, "Is that path in the woods still there, or has it overgrown now?" she asked, trying to remember. She saw a flicker of movement to her right and her head snapped to look at it, but she found that it was just a bush. Anyona slightly shook her head and muttered something under her breath about being paranoid.

Riley shrugs, "We can always go check," She puts out her foot to walk across the street but stops herself. She looks over at the street light that was rapidly flickering. "Uh..."

Anyona swallowed, forcing as much confidence into her voice as she could, "I'm sure it's just a faulty bulb," she said reassuringly, stepping up beside Riley and watching the light. She pulled a flashlight out of her jacket pocket just in case it got dark quickly, "Let's go check out the path,"

Riley pulls out her phone for a light and takes a deep breath, "Lets hope so" and nods. "Lets go." She walks down the sidewalk and through a gate leading towards the edge of the woods.

Anyona closed the gate behind them, the doors creaking loudly. She winced slightly at the noise and then walked beside Riley. She looked at the ground and then picked up a large stick, loosely wielding it like a baseball bat just in case.

Riley gives a small chuckle. "Whats the stick for?" She moves her hands in front of her like they were floating. "Scared something's gonna get you?"

Anyona scowled, "I'm more afraid that something is going to get you, seems how you can't run as fast as me, something will get you first," she made a soft snort noise. Although she slightly loosened her grip more on the stick. Anyona's eyes flicked constantly from every shadow that she could see.

Riley puts her hands on her hips, "Excuse me, I'm the one who's won track and field ribbons thank you very much!" Riley walks forwards into the woods and turns her iPhone light on low, to see the path in front of her.

"Doesn't mean that you're faster. And plus, you might have the running ribbons, but I have the black belt in fighting so," Anyona lightly laughed and followed her sister. She lowered the stick so that it was handing loosely at her side but still there if needed, "Wasn't there some sort of story that was about these woods or something?" she asked, trying to remember.

Riley raises her eyes. "Fighting is different." She keeps walking and thinks for a minute. "Um... I think so, I'm not sure. I haven't really listened to any stories lately, you know how Jack is."

"Yeah, that's true. Arno is like that too," Anyona laughed and nodded, "I think there was a story of a curse or legend or something. I wish I payed more attention when the stories were told," she kicked at the dirt on the pathway.

Riley sighs. "Well, I'm pretty sure most of those Legends are not true." She frowns, the only thing she really believed in was the thought of Magic, other then that, she had grown to not believing in anything else. Riley looks around at the forest around them. "Well I'd say we've reached the middle of the woods." She said, Then out of the blue her phone dings causing her to jump, "What the..."

"You have wifi?!" Anyona asked, confused. She patted her own pocket and then remembered that she didn't have her phone with her, "Also, who would be texting you at this time?" she added, frowning. Anyona looked around them and couldn't see anything but trees for what seemed like miles.

Riley shrugged and looks at her phone. "Um... It's an unknown number." She freezes and stops moving. "Someones watching us?... That's not creepy" She looks up from her phone and looks around, and then looks at Anyona.

Anyona frowned and then looked around, "Hmm, could it be one of the guys trying to prank us?" she asked, trying to rule out every possibility before going to the worst ones. Anyona heard a slight rustling in the bushes behind them.

Riley looks around. "Um, well, I don't have wifi out here... So how would they?" She looks up at Anyona confused, and looks around. "Right, forgot about that part," Anyona said, squinting into the darkness. She turned in a full circle and tried to see around them, "Should we investigate?" she asked, turning back to look at Riley.

Riley shrugs and pulls her hood up over her face, "Sure." She gives a weak smile. "Darn it I forgot my black mask," She frowns. "Oh well."

"We're in the woods, why would we need a mask?" Anyona asked, slightly confused. She gave a half-hearted shrug and then walked towards the bushes, her grip on the stick tightening again, "Come out wherever you are," she muttered ominously. She moved the bushes but found nothing.
