Chapter Three: The Text Message Lily's P.O.V

As I lay on here bed on my phone I can't help but think of Joey and his beautiful face. Wait what am I thinking I can't think like this he is my best friend! But I can't help myself I love him. How am I going to tell him. I'll just keep to myself. I think tonight I'll go out with my best friends Hailey, Jianna, an Mady. I text them in a group chat "hey want to go out tonight??" They all respond yes so I get ready to go to a teen club. I pick up Hailey first than Jianna and then Mady. I'm pumped to get my party on!!
(Time skip to teen club)
When we get there we almost immediately go to the dance floor but that's when Hailey see her boyfriend Luke and sits down with him. The rest of us go out to the dance floor. That's when I just thought I was out of range of Joey I spot him. He see me and comes up and asks me to dance. My face turns red but I say yes. of course it just had to be a slow song!! That's when Hailey and Luke come out and join everyone else. As sook as the song ends I rush to the bathrooms with the girls. They screech in joy. "AHHHH THE LOEY IS REAL!!!" Hailey screams as i put my hand over her mouth. I'm dumbfounded why would a popular jock love me a awesome loud but non popular girl it's just unnatural.But I feel so good inside. I text my mom and ask if I can stay at Hailey's tonight. She says yes. (By the way Hailey thinks Luke her boyfriend but he's not yet!!!) But the weird thing is I love Joey back its just a strange feelings. We leave the club and arrive arrive at Hailey's. That's when I receive the text from Joey. "Lily I love you"
