We walked and walked it seemed forever before he talked.He awkwardly asked me how my parents were. Which he already knew the answer.

We came up to a stop sign and he clamped his hands over my eyes.

"no peeking "he quietly whispered in my ear.

We walked for another maybe 5 minutes still with his hands on my eyes. He let go of me and i looked up, there in front of me was the New York city zoo. The last time i had been here was when my parents actually talked to me.

"Soooo i was wondering" he kinda looked away when he was talking.

"what now" i asked sarcastically as i got closer to him.

"Well i was wondering if u wanna move in with me?" he looked at me hopefully.

I stood there astonished.

"C-Cody !" was all i could sputter out." YES OF COURSE! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT THAT

HOUSE"

He smiled widely "lets go get your stuff before your parents get home"

"Its ok if they know they dont care aboutme anyways." It wasnt a lie either. My parents give me anything i want just so i will leave them alone. If i wasn't worried about my school they wouldn't care if i went or not.

They say i annoy them by asking for new school supplies. That is why i have a job at 15.

We called Jason (Codys best friend) to come with his truck to move my things.He just dropped off the truck and called a taxi to take him home. We piled most of my things onto the back of the truck including a 200 pound dresser which was my grandmas. We ride to Cody house which is 30 minute ride.

We stayed silent but i would catch him smiling or looking at me occasionally. He was going fast trying to see how fast the truck would go. The road was curvy very curvy, I started to feel nauseous. I didn't like how fast he was going it made me nervous but I didn't want to ruin his fun. He looked at me and put his freehand on my mine which happened to be on the console.

He wasn't looking at the road, we smashed into a guard rail. Everything happened so fast. My he'd hit the roof of the car...it had flipped.I heard the windows bust,a piece of glass slid across my forehead. Blood got in my eyes it hurt so bad it felt like someone stabbed me 5 times across the head. I instantly thought I was goin to die.

I hollerd for Cody but blood was covering my face. I couldn't see anything. I felt someone tugging me out of the demolished truck. I thought it was the ambulance workers trying to save me.

I was very wrong.
