Officer Ackerman leads me to the nurses unit and helps me on the bed, while nurses start gathering around. "We had a altercation in Block C and she was strangled. She is barely back to consciousness." Ackerman said rapidly. "Just please help her. Please..."

The nurses started moving quickly. They put an oxygen tube in my nose and they started tilting my head back and lifting up my chin. I quickly realized that a hand has been holding my arm the whole time---rubbing my arm to indicate that he's.....here.

"Um, sir imma need you to set aside for a moment." One of the nurses said. "O-ok sure yea." He responded, then let go of my arm.

Levi's POV

I exit the room that is holding Y/N and rest against the wall and my mind starts filling up with thoughts. "You care for her", a voice said to me. I turn in the direction where the voice came from. It was Hange.

"I saw the way you and her walked around during recess. You care for her". I scoffed slightly. "She's different you know?" I turn and face Hange and say. "Why her? Why all of a sudden your showing this affection towards an her?" Hange asked me. I sigh, "To be honest, I really don't know." I responded. "She's just....just so different."

"Better than Petra?" Hange said. I froze. "I don't know Hange. Petra was my first love. We've been friends since we were kids and we've dated for 3 years. I for sure thought she was my soulmate, but I guess the universe had different plans..." "Your still on her? Y'all broke up a year ago, plus YOU broke up with her!" Hange told me. "Yea, cause she cheated on me. That pain of being cheated on just doesn't go away so quickly Hange." I told her.

"You haven't talked to her since?" she asked. "Heck no, i'm done with her." "We've made of been friends for a really long time, but after she cheated on me, it was so easy to drop her". "Yea, it wouldn't be so hard for me either...".

There was a small silence, before Hange said something. "Be careful with your feelings—or whatever it is towards Y/N. You could get into some serious trouble Levi...like are you really ready to risk everything for this girl?"

I took in what Hange said. Before I could respond the doors opened to the room that Y/N was in and the nurse came out. "You can see her now."

Back to Y/N's POV

I slowly woke up, touching my neck—still feeling the pain. As I'm slowly regaining my vision back, I look around and see machines all around me constantly beeping. I see cords hooked up to me and tubes injected into me. "Am I in the infirmary?" I thought. All of a sudden I heart the doors open to my room and I see 2 guards and the doctor. I make out one of the guards—officer Ackerman.

"Hey you alr brat?" He asked me, in a concerned voice, but also a "i don't care" type tone that he usually has. "ye-yea i-im fine." i mumble out. "i guess Reiner took me out huh?" I chuckle slightly. "looks like it. Softy". I move my head to the left to see the other guard that came in with officer Ackerman. "who's this?" i say softly.

"Oh, this is officer Zoë, she's cool." officer Ackerman reassures. "Hi im officer Zoë nice to meet ya!" She says in an energetic voice. I scoff slightly while laying back down, "lots of energy huh?" I say, rubbing my head. "Yea shes always like this." "Yup I am!"

I turn to the doctor in the room. "How am i doc?". The doctor sighs. "You should be fine, just some bruising around the neck, which will cause you pain. You will feel light headed often, and your vision may go in and out occasionally. The bruising will go away in about a week from now." The doctor said. I took a sigh of relief, "that's good. Nothing major." 

"Right, nothing major---well I have to do some other things, so rest up, and try to eat something even though it may hurt." The doctor said and then left the room. "Well I have to go down to the cafeteria, since I have guard duty down there." he said with no emotion at all. "Well, i guess it's just you and me pal!" Hange excitedly said. 

I watched as officer Ackerman left the room. Now it just leaves me and Hange here.
