Spruce wood corners littered in dust, pale fingers touch a cards surface. Thick bamboo paper tapered with black ink words. The language feels old and informal. But like a violins sweet tune, reading it never felt old.
Cocoa brown orbs pierce the sky from the frosted window. Lips dry, void of words to share before the spruce framed window. The platinum sky littered in cold winds frosted blotches over a sea of green.
The frost never settled in silver north skies.
A unreadable expressionless sky like the face protected by stone and spruce through the window. Brown eyes felt warm like the wood, but cold and strict in her gaze. Face expressionless as the grey skies. Before those skies she sat with letter which she glossed her fingers over. Without looking as if she could recite the words in her head just by feeling the bamboo textures. Carved into her head, every word memorised like a verse from the pledge to their kingdom. Even when the card was torn, the words unfinished at each end. The words which were there were something to remember. And through the glass she did.
