Julio was laying on his bed, recalling the events that happened earlier today. He turned his head to look at the crown that was on the bedside table. He sat up and sat on the edge of his bed. He put his hands on his knees and sighed. Julio put his face in his hands and took deep breaths.

Why did he decide to acknowledge me on my 31st birthday..? My whole life, he neglected me, pushed me away cause he was too caught up in himself....

Julio sighed, "Just another mystery I'll never figure out..just like..when.

                                   Oh My Gosh a Flashback....

Julio was hiding behind a curtain, listening to his mother and father fighting.

"He's weak!" V'Nar yelled at his wife.

Julio instantly knew he was talking about him.

"DO NOT SAY THAT ABOUT MY SON, YOU SON OF A BITCH!!" Julio's mother yelled back.

Julio covered his mouth, trying not to cry too loudly. He closed his eyes and imagined him and his sibling a happy family, and never fought. Just a nice happy family. But it's mostly never like that in the royal families.. Is it?

Julio then heard a loud slap and looked out from behind the curtain. He saw his mother holding the side of her face and looking away from her husband. V'Nar hit her.

Julio's mother looked at V'Nar with a disgusted face. She went to hit him, but V'Nar grabbed her wrist and turned her around so she couldn't do anything.

"Let me go, you skank..!" Julio's mother said.

V'Nar pursed his lips and threw his wife to the ground, "You worthless, piece of shit..! You're good for nothing, woman."

Julio's mother got up, holding her palm up to her temple, trying to stop the bleeding.

"I'm good for nothing..?" She asked, "What about you..!? What do you do? Other than sitting on your throne, acting like you own the world...! I'd love to break it to you V'Nar, but the world doesn't revolve around you..! Just because have magical powers and can make anything happen by just snapping your fingers, doesn't make you the king of the–"

She was cut by the sharp pain in her chest. She looked down to see a large knife piercing through her chest. She looked up at V'Nar with tears in her eyes.

"W-wh-" Before she could finish, V'Nar plunged the knife deeper into his 'wifes' chest. He then pulled the knife out, watching his wife fall to the ground putting her hands on her wound, trying to stop the bleeding even though she knew it wouldn't help. He looked down at her in disgust and pity. V'Nar kicked her in the head, making her bleed from the temple. She was on her stomach now, clenching her jaw and holding her head.

"You're pathetic, you know... It's a pity, ya know..? You see, I'm not the only one with magical powers, you also have powers of your own..... Ohhhh, but I'm sure you already know that." V'Nar waited to continue, looking down at his dying wife. "You never used your powers though.. Why? Oh what am I saying, you were just too scared to use your powers, weren't you..?"

V'Nar didn't expect her to respond, but he still got mad at her for not.

   "Fine." He said.

He got on one knee and grabbed his wife by her hair. "Maybe...Just maybe, if you weren't too weak..! I would love you more.."

He stabbed her in her chest again. Tears started falling from Julio's mothers eyes and V'Nar just smiled at her. V'Nar took the knife out of her chest and let her cry. He stared at her, pitying her, only wishing she could have been stronger to fight against her... Oh what was he kidding..?! She's a woman..! V'Nar thought, She could never be stronger than a man like myself.
