Chap 11: Asking her out

Recap:
Connor's POV: "I just wanted to thank you for taking care of Bri while she was with you guys. I hope she was behaving well and wasn't being crazy." "Connor, don't worry about it! She was really fun to hang out with, I like that about her." "Taylor, can I ask you something?" I ask. "Yea, anything!" He says and I just say it just like this, "Do you like Bri?" "Yea I do." "I mean as more than friends." He gets nervous and looks away. "I knew it!" I say and he looks at me like "How?" "I see the way you look at her and you talk about her constantly." He just looks really nervous and blushes. I laugh lightly and say "I usually don't do this but your a really good guy so I give you permission to date Bri."

Now:
Taylor 's POV: Holy shit did Con just give me permission to date his OWN daughter?! I looked at him and asked him "Are you on drugs or something or did you just actually say that?" he just started laughing and said "No, I actually do." I just give Con the biggest hug and say "Thank you Con, I won't hurt her." He just says "You better not or you won't be coming to the house anymore" then he laughs. I unlock the door and walk out back downstairs where Bri is still talking with Con's girl, Bailey. Kian decided to try and beat JC in Mario Kart (as always 😂) Connor just went to go get Nutella and go on Tumblr. The rest just were laying around 😂 I should probably head home now, I'll ask Bri out on a date tomorrow, let her be with her family today. So I said to all "Well I better go, the guys there must be running up the walls." The rest laughed and Bri ran to me and hugged me tight saying "Tay, thanks again for everything." I told her "Anything for you" and smiled.

Bri's POV: So when Tay said he was leaving, I told Bailey I'll be right back and ran to Tay and hugged him telling him thanks for everything, and he told me "Anything for you". I just died inside, when he left, I just stood there smiling like crazy. While more people were leaving over time, it was past 9pm just decided to call it a night. I told everyone I'm heading to bed. They said goodnights, hugs, and kisses on the forehead. I felt so loved. I went upstairs, changed into my PJ's, took my makeup off, brushed my teeth and washed my face, and went straight to bed thinking of how tomorrow's going to go..
So! I wake up, it's 9:30 am, early huh? I decided to roll off my bed, thumped my head while I was at it, and did my morning routine. Took a shower, decided to wear a crop top that has O2L on it, because why not lol. I wore a three-buttoned bleached shorts, and cute brown sandals, because it's summer ya know haha. I walked downstairs and the only one up is dad sitting down on the side of the couch crying. I sat down beside him and ask "Dad, what's wrong?" He just said "I feel like I've recently been such a bad father" Those words he said just broke my heart. I looked at him and say "Dad, you haven't been a bad father. Your not one at all. Just know that I love you to infinity and beyond and nothing can change that." He just smiled and gave me the biggest hug he can. I guess more people decided to wake up and saw us hugging so they all joined along. Dad and I just laughed. Kian yelled "GREAT GROUP HUG! NOW WHO'S HUNGRY!" I peeked my head up when he said hungry. He looked at me and he knew exactly what I wanted. This is why he's my best friend. He then yelled again saying "TO MCDONALDS WE GO!" I just laughed and ran to him saying "You know me so well" he then smiled and said "Well that's what we're besties for" and we high-fived each other. I see Sam but I just can't talk to him right now. Eventually I'll have to but just not now.

Sam's POV: I feel so bad on what I did to Bri but it clearly seems like she moved on. I will eventually have to talk to her but I guess she just doesn't want to.. I feel so fucked up. So, we all got in the car and drove to McDonald's, got breakfast and sat in the seats. Bri sat with Kian, I sat with JC, Connor sat with Trevor and Ricky. I see Bri and Kian having so much fun, it just makes me miss her more. Those hugs she gives, and that smile of hers, god it's so perfect, and she smells like a pile of roses, it's beautiful. All I did was mess it all up and now I will most likely never get her back...

Connor's POV: While I was sitting here, Ricky kept talking about Pokemon, and Trevor and I were just laughing our heads off to see something he's obsessed with. We all finished breakfast and headed back to the house. I got a text from Tay saying "Hey, I was wondering if I can hang with Bri today and ask her out on a date? I didn't get to yesterday." I texted him back saying "Sure Tay, want me to tell her or you texted her?" Got a reply saying "Just texted her, I think she's going to ask you if we can hang haha" As if on cue, Bri came down asking me if she can go out and hang with Taylor, I told her sure, as long as she gets back home by 3. It was noon. She did a happy dance and hugged me saying "Thanks dad, love you" I hugged her back saying "Love you too beautiful" she went back to her room I guess to text Tay, I just laughed and went to see what the rest were doing.

Bri's POV: I texted Tay telling him to come get me. He told me he'd be there in 20 minutes. I got dressed, put on a galaxy crop and a pair of white high-waisted shorts with some black converse. I straightened my hair, then curled my hair, and lastly did my makeup. That took me long enough because once I finished, I heard a knock at the door. I run to the door and open to see Tay, I hug him and say "hiiiiiiiii" he just laughs and says "Hey, you look really nice!" I said thanks and tried to hide my cheeks, there were most likely red by now. I think he noticed because he then picked me up, put me over his shoulder, and told my dad and the rest "Cya" My dad said "Make sure to bring her back by 3, okay?" Tay nodded and continued on holding me, then place me on the passenger side of his car. I smiled and said "Why thank you" He just said "No problem you goof" I just chuckled. "Hey wanna go get some ice cream?" He asked me and I just said "YASSS" he smiled and drove to the nearest ice cream parlor and we walked in. "What flavor do you want?" I told him vanilla with sprinkles, go with the classics right? 😂 He got cookie dough, and I was about to pay for it until he took he money out of my hand, put it in his pocket and took money out of his wallet and payed. "Tay! I was going to pay for this!" He chuckled and said "I was the one who asked, I pay, now eat before I do" He gave me my money back and I gave him the death stare which he knows it means "YOU TOUCH THE ICE CREAM AND YOU DIE". He just kept laughing and we went to a seat and just ate our ice cream talking about random stuff and the guys (Magcon). We were talking and he just kept staring at me. I told him "Why you keep looking?" I laughed and he said "I just can't help it, your so pretty." I literally smiled so big, not to mention I blushed too and said "Thanks Tay!"

Taylor's POV: Alright, I think now is the time. I cleared my throat and see "Bri?" She looked up and said "Yea?" I was nervous saying this. But I just said it: "I was wondering if you wanted to go on a d-date with me?" Great Taylor, you stuttered. She looked at me for a few seconds then smiled. She said "Yes Tay, I will go on a d-date with you" she just laughed after that and my face just got red. She then gave me a hug and said "Don't worry tomato, I was joking haha" and I laughed saying "Okay great, I was thinking, since today is Wednesday... Maybe Friday?" She nodded and said "Can't wait!" I looked at the time and it read 2:45. Well, better take you home, takes about 15 minutes to get back. We went back into the car, drove her home, went to the doorstep, hugged her, she smelled so good by the way, and she went in seeing Connor in the corner nodding his head of approval. I was so happy and excited and nervous for Friday now.

Wow, haven't updated in forever. I'm so sorry about that, I deleted Wattpad and forgot my password. I hope you like this new one, school has been crazy, as always, and I'm hoping to be updating more soon! Here's a question actually. Who would you like to see Bri dating?
