It has been a couple of days after the events of the Fall of Beacon. Construction of the City is under way. Ironwood and his fleet were seemed useless by the Council of Vale as their machines have proven to be useless against the White Fang and Grimm as they we're eliminated easily. To make matters worst for Atlas, Jaune and his Team presented the report about the virus that was implemented in the CTTS which was supposedly make the robots turned against all of them. The Council elected that Ironwood and his fleet were to leave Vale or face consequences. Ironwood reluctantly left.
As for the Riders, Jaune recruited Neo and Amber, who was requested by Ozpin to join the Riders. As for Teams WBY they would join the Riders on certain missions, but had to be on the watchful eye. They only were limited to their Base Forms, no upgrade, super, or final forms. For Torchwick, due to his efforts in helping stop the Fall of Beacon. He was instead given community service and assist the Riders with information around Remnant. Ozpin and Jaune made a deal where in case an attack were to happen again Jaune would provide the staff of Beacon access to the Rider forms they used during the Fall of Beacon. If a threat that is needed by the Riders occur, the Belts will automatically go to them.
Ironwood tried convincing Ozpin to let Penny and Winter keep the belts, but Ozpin refused stating he does not want anyone else trying to replicate the Rider powers. Qrow and Raven kept their Rider powers as they would work with Jaune to find anything related to Salem. Jaune made sure to keep a leash on Raven in case she does something stupid.
Now in Beacon's training area we see the Riders all training their new blood or how Coco calls them fresh meat.
Jaune have Jeanne summon Riders for WBY to fight. She puts three new Cards in.
