Chapter 2 A couple of People?

Sorry that it's just the guitar I couldn't really find the one with the band singing. Anyway, based on the last chapter I realize that it was quite boring.
So in this chapter I'm going to have a little action. Btw before I forget meet Rose. ^^^^^^ I hope you enjoy.
My brother and I stared straight at the road while Chris drove a very short period of time to the lake.
"I really wanted to go home first before you took me to something like this." I whispered, so only Ben could hear.

He chuckled "well like I said before there isn't gonna be a lot of people there anyways, so what's the point of dressing up." I started petting our dog Max. I remember when we first found him. Cute little thing he was. He's my big boy now. He is a husky with Blue eyes, gray fur and black paws.

Max started barking out the window. I turned my head to see that we finally made it to the Lake. "We're here!" Chris yells out loud, swinging his arm out of the window and hitting the top of his truck. I looked at the water I could already smell the smoke from the bonfire. Chris parks the truck and hops out.

"You guys comin?!" Chris said in an excited voice. "Yeah give us a minute" Ben says with a chuckle.

"Well you better hurry I think I see Maggie over there." Chris winks at Ben and starts running towards the crowd. I groan, great Maggies here.

I open the truck door and let Max out. I stare at the ground, nervous, scared. I'm not the type to go to things like this. But of course I came to make my brother happy. "Come on Ro. It will be okay."
I groan again. Stepping out of the car I wrap my arms around my waist and stare at the ground. Ben puts his arm around me leading me to the crowd.

This is what he thinks is only a couple of people?! "Ben!" Maggie yells, running up to him and pushing me out of the way. She wraps her arms around his neck and gives him a peck on the lips.

"Hey Babe." Ben says wrapping his arms around her small waist. Meet my brothers girlfriend, Maggie. Known as the Queen Bee in town and in my case the local Bitch. I role my eyes at them.
She was pretty. I mean yeah I hate her, but as long as she makes my brother happy then whatever.

Maggie pulls away from Ben and looks at me with an evil smirk. "So you brought your sister? Rose right?" god what a bitch. She's known me since 1st grade. "Yeah" I mumble still looking at the ground. "Hey Rose!" Chris yells.
I look at my brother, but he's to busy making out with 'girlfriend'. I walk over to Chris "Yes?" I look at him and the boy beside him. I couldn't really see the guys face. "This guy wanted to talk to you." The guy stood up and I opened my eyes wide. "Hey Rose" this can't be who I think it is......Tom, my ex.
Ex's right? Hmmmm who could this lover be?
