Started with raghav lying in the hospital as he opens his eyes. He then saw pallavi mom and dad along with his dad and Farhad and he smile seeing them but then he looked in the entire room as his eye was searching for someone and he sit up and his dad tell him careful. Everyone knew he was looking for pallavi when Farhad said Bhai, as a tears drop from his eye. Raghav ask what happen and where is pallavi and with alot of courage Farhad says she is no more which makes Raghav shocked. They then show him a video of pallavi that she had recorded after Raghav had  went serious. Pallavi said in the video hi Raghav, I know that you might not see me as you have my heart in your body, you have a cure which I gave you my heart for you to continue living. And don't ever feel like I'm not with you because I'm always with you even now and will forever. Raghav puts his hand on his heart as tears falling out his eyes. He replay the video, Raghav remember you need to be strong and yah don't forget to fulfill your dreams of becoming a businessman which you told me, you always tell me na when you told me about your disease that you don't want any heart transplant when I ask you well now is the time you have it now. My heart is always with you which means I'm always with you, and yah you know I don't like when you cry as you look horrible. Raghav smiles. After seeing this video I know you will be broken, pallavi cries. I love you Raghav as she smiles and the video end. Raghav wipes his tears as pallavi mom ribs his head and hugged him. He said why pallavi it would have been better if we die together, why you left me alone. Then he gives a fake smiles and said don't worry I'll become a businessman and I'll work hard but whatever it is I wouldn't forget you as everyone hugs him.
2 years later
Businessman of they year goes to raghav in which he is happy but still misses seeing pallavi but he knew pallavi is with him. He then hugs everyone as they congratulate him and he went in his room looking at pallavi photo and said I have done it as I promise and he felt like she is somewhere near him,he could feel someone hold him but he can't see anyone and a tear runs down from his eye but he wipes it and smile as she had promise she is with him not only now but almost everytime which makes him smile
