Memories fill my head all I can see is pictures that were lost in time and voices I can barely remember.
And then I see him.
I see the way he looks at me like I'm back there again. I feel his touch on my cheek, like he's scared I'm going to pull away or that he's hurting me. I can feel myself leaning into his touch as I look at him.
"I-I like you, like a lot..." He whispered in my ear
I think in that moment as I jumble all my thoughts together about this guy I befriended months ago, who is slowly falling for me, do I like him? Should I give him a chance?
Well yeah he is cute and sweet and really smart, oh god he's got me.
I laugh pulling back from his hand "I like you too, like a lot" he laughs at this smiling a full blown beautiful smile and honest to god I think in that moment I had already hit the ground because his smile just stopped the whole world from spinning and God did I hope it made him feel the same.

And then I saw us going through that whirl pool of love knowing we weren't going to last but trying so hard to get it to, but like my usual fairytale, that didn't seem to work, because we were both caught in our imagination of a first love.
(Third person narrative)
She laid down next to him, her eyes were red and puffy from crying
"He lied to you!" Her mind seemed to shout.
But she snuggled closer into his side, holding back more tears in her eyes.
"Lie to me again." She whispered.
He turned to her a frown set on his lips. His hair was disheveled from running his hands through it so many times, trying to figure out why he was so numb, so emotionless, trying to rack his brain around all the lies he had said to her, trying to figure out why...
"I love you" he eventually said
He realized earlier in his moment of pure and utter hatred and despair towards himself. That he loved the 'thought of her', just not her herself'.
So she turned away, trying to just let the cold consume her. Letting the few tears she had left fall, she replied...
"I love you too." Her voice was faint. She didn't even think he heard her until she felt him stiffen beside her.
The sad thing is that she was telling the truth when she said 'I love you too.'

And like a ton of bricks hitting the ground her tears and screams fell out of her eyes and mouth. She just wanted to be heard, to be seen, to be felt. But all that was left of her lifeless, cold hearted self. Was a girl who had been hit to many times to get back up. So that night she had let the cold consume her and all of their harsh words.Authors note!!!!
So basically the only reason I updated (sad to say) was because I was in a writing mood, a very sad, depressing writing mood. Which led me to wattpad and so yeah here's a chapter sorry there all short I just suck at writing especially a book I have no plot for😂 so yeah.P.s thank you to the readers who like my book I feel happy when I look at the number of reads (no sarcasm actual truth)
