Lost in abyss of lonely sea that crashes upon the empty tides. There is no way out no one direction that is clear, safety and contentment is not there only dark black emptiness. Trying as I might to swim for relief with no chance of finding it, only depts that pull you under trying to drown you in the sorrow misery, pain, discouragement. Continuously trying to take a breath that feels like it would never come, only sinking as the sea takes it's toll. Binded by the weight of the past making you seem heavier and weaker trying to find safety. Only hope to escape is to let go of the darkness that clouds your judgment to think clearly.
Coming to grips that life goes on with no remorse for the dark deep pit inside you. You swim faster and harder trying not to panic as the waves are unforgiving crashing over your head pulling you under.
The only key to escaping is don't give up hope there is a calm that follows allowing you to take a breath.
Change is coming just hang on for dear life, you will come to peace eventually and never fear the abyss that is in your head.
