Warm hug

Marin was about to leave when suddenly Sabine stopped him.

Sabine- Wait!!

Marin - What is it? 🤨

Sabine- If what you said was true. Then aren't you my youngest son?

Marin- Yes.

Sabine- Eventhough we don't if it is true or not but still I want to hug you.

Marin - Umm *frown*

Luka - *frown*

Barrie- *can see Marins hesitation* Actually...

He was interrupted by...

Marin- Yeah, alright.

Mrs. Sabine went near Marin and hugged him softly. The hug was so warm that. Marin melted in it. The feeling of home...... It was awkward and new for Marin but still he felt warm.... His hands were up in air. But after feeling her warmth he hesitantly hugged her back. They hugged for a while..

When they pulled apart Marin seemed to be tensed as his whole face was red as a tomato. Barrie looked at his once aloof cousin brother surprisedly. The moment they seperated. Marin dashed out of the house. This childish behaviour made everyone chuckle even Luka. Barrie was feeling happy for his brother  as he can tell that this family can change his cold brother. Mr. Tom asked Cleon to show Barrie's room.

At dinner table

There was silence in the dining room. Dupain Chengs were talking telepathically with eachother while Barrie was completely oblivious about it. They wanted to ask Barrie about something but they hesitated and asked eachother to ask him. Luka could not take that anymore and decided to ask straightforwardly.

Luka - Is what Marin said true or were you threatened to do what he said? You know you are safe with us. You can tell us the truth.

Barrie- What he said is really true. When grandpa told him. I was there as well.

Barrie- After my parents died. We both grew up together. He was awkward with you as he is really hard to get along with. You should check the DNA.

Luka - If he is really hard to get along with then why did he allow mom to hug him.

Barrie  - I don't know. I was really shocked when he did it.

Cleon - Why isn't it just a hug??

Adrien- Why are you both creating a fuss over it.

Barrie- Its a HUG you understand. Marin hates Omegas till his core. Its already a blessings that he treats me nice.

Cleon - HE HATES OMEGAS!!??

Adrien  - HE HATES OMEGAS!!??

Sabine- Don't tell me father made Mari  as himself a 'proud alpha'.

Barrie- Nono

Cleon- * sighs in relief*

Adrien  - Thank god.

Barrie- He is not just a 'proud alpha' but a 'pure blooded proud alpha'

Everyone- Choked (Shocked)

Cleon- That's why I couldn'teven open my mouth..

Adrien- I felt suppressed under his presence.

Tom - His aura was really heavy.

Luka - Yeah

Sabine- *sternly* Luka, take the samples to the hospital right now and ask them to send the results as fast as possible.

Luka - Ok, mom but can't it be done tommorrow.

Cleon - No it can't.

Adrien- Luka you lazy cat.

Tom - Yeah, it should be done properly. Luka.

Luka - Ok ok *nods*

After that everyone went to their respective rooms while Luka went to hospital.
