The next morning, Aria awoke to the babbles of her children coming from the baby monitor. She knew Eun-Ji and Hyun-Joo had left early this morning, so she had to go tend to the twins. Kicking the blanket off, Aria stood up on the wood floor of the bedroom, when a wave of dizziness hit her. She sat back down on the bed until she felt that it had passed, then stood again, only to have it happen again.

"Maybe I stood up too fast" Aria wondered. "I feel fine now though. I can't get sick, especially when the guys will be coming home tomorrow." Aria retreated into the bathroom and emerged a few minutes later, heading to the nursery to tend to the children.

"Good morning you two!" Aria sang as she opened the door, seeing her children smiling happily at her. "How are my beautiful babies this morning?"

Aria started towards the crib when a sudden wave of nausea hit her. Covering her mouth, she quickly ran across the hall to the guest bathroom, barely making it to the toilet, before becoming sick. Once she had recovered, Aria rinsed her mouth out and went back across the hall, feeling her forehead. "No fever. Maybe I have the stomach flu." I will take it easy today and I should feel better in the morning."

Aria quickly tended to Min-Jun and Da-Som, feeding and changing them, then toted them both downstairs so she could make herself some toast.

"Ugh, unfortunately that is all I think I can handle this morning. I'm glad that I already had a doctor's appointment scheduled. I will ask Dr Park if she can take a look at me when I get there." Aria said to Min-Jun, sitting in his bouncy seat, laughing at his mother's voice.

Aria slowly ate her toast, as waves of nausea hit her. When she had finally finished, she grabbed some clothes from the laundry and pulled them on. Aria secured both children in their car seats and grabbed her keys and bag off the table. Once she had the carriers secured in the car, Aria climbed in the driver's seat and started towards the medical plaza.

Halfway into the drive, Aria had to pull over to the side of the road as another wave of nausea hit her. "I should have had Ji-Ah drive me today. What was I thinking.?" Aria glanced in the backseat at her sleeping son and daughter, unfazed at the sounds their mother had been making a few minutes before.

Continuing the drive, Aria finally reached her destination without any more issues. She parked her car and hooked the car seats in the double stroller, quickly pushing it inside the doors, already running late for her appointment. She pushed the button for the elevator and let out a relieved breath when the doors opened right away. She pushed the stroller in next to a middle-aged woman and turned it around so she could face the front.

"Could you please press floor 12 for me? Thank you so much." Aria asked of the woman.

The woman nodded and pressed the button. She looked at the sleeping babies and then at Aria. "You have very beautiful babies. You are adding to your family as well, aren't you?"

Aria looked puzzled as she stared at the woman. "No, not yet. Just these two for now."

The doors to the elevator opened and the woman exited, turning to Aria before disappearing, "much sooner than later, dear" and quickly walked down the hall.

Aria stared at the spot where the woman had stood, her words still in Aria's ears. The doors closed again, and the elevator started back up, soon opening on Aria's floor. She exited the elevator and pushed the stroller down to the door of the doctor's office.

"Aria Lee here for an appointment with Dr Park" Aria said to the receptionist, who was typing her information into her computer.

"Yes, Miss Lee. Have a seat and Dr Park will be with you shortly."

Aria found a seat and checked on Min-Jun and Da-Som, who were happily playing with a toy Aria had given them in the car.

"Aria Lee" The nurse called.

Aria stood up and pushed the stroller through the open door where the nurse stood. She followed her into the exam room where Dr Park was waiting for her.

"Good morning, Aria. How are we doing today? How are your little ones? Growing well?"

"Good morning, Dr Park. Yes, they are doing very well, thank you."

Dr Park closed the file that she was reviewing. "Wonderful. I see here that you are needing your next birth control shot, is that correct?"

"Yes, please. But can I ask, I haven't felt well today. Can you please take a look at me?"

"Of course, Aria." Dr Park took Aria's temperature and listened to her heart. "What symptoms are you having?"

"Dizziness, nausea and vomiting. It started this morning when I woke up."

"I see. Well, let me run a couple tests. Before you get your shot, we need to do a pregnancy test. It is procedure."

Aria nodded. "That's fine, it has been a while since we have done anything. Their work schedules have been crazy, and they have been gone for the last month."

Dr Park nodded as she handed a cup to Aria and pointed to the restroom across the hall. Aria did the test and handed the sample to the doctor as she reentered the room.

"Perfect. Now this will only take a moment and then we can get you on your way...Oh, well now."

"What? What is it?"

"You're pregnant"
